Our stay at Eratap was wonderful. The weather was perfect just like every aspect of this resort. The staff are super friendly and always willing to help. The swimming, snorkelling, paddle boards, and kayaks with warm water and sunny days makes for a perfect break, not to forget visiting the islands by private boat, just magic! Breakfast is good and the restaurant offers enough variety if you want to stay in. Special mention to Pascal, Robert, Melanie, Joseph & Maiki for outstanding customer service. They all deserve a bonus this week!! We look forward to our next visit!

Stopped by for a drink and quick dip in the ocean. Absolutely beautiful private beach. The drinks are reasonably priced for visitors not staying at the resort. The views at the beach at very nice and the bar staff were very friendly. They even opened up our coconuts so we could eat the flesh after drinking it. Definitely drop past if you are renting a car for your stay.

What an unforgettable holiday. The Resort is has a fantastic layout with the villas close to the waters edge. With only 12 or so Villas, its almost like you have the resort to yourself so lots of privacy if that's what you like. Food was simply amazing and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. Very highly recommended.

When you see so many five star reviews do you have to question a little. Though unfortunately they are all correct. This is a true paradise! 🌴🌺🐠🍹The Villas are extraordinary, the landscape is magical, food was delicious, weather was perfect and the coral reef right out the front is one of the best I’ve seen. Travelling the world as a scuba diving instructor on private yachts, I’ve seen a few thousand reefs. This is in the top 5 and just 15m off the shoreline. With water sport equipment available for use, the best feature is the two boats that can take you to explore the nearby islands. A big shout out to all the staff who made this a truly magical get away. Louisa and Pascal with their 5 star customer service especially with our transit issues delaying our arriving. Special mention to Robert, Melanie, Max and Josef who truly impressed us with their hospitality during our stay. If you are looking for something relaxing, special and unique…this is the place for you! Just don’t tell too many people!!!

We had a lovely visit to Eratap. The view was stunning! We had a few drinks (not alcoholic) before snorkelling then had lunch with beer and wine. The blue cheese & beetroot salad was delicious but the prawn pizza could do with some flavouring.

Look no further you have found the PERFECT resort. The staff are beyond amazing, it's so quite and in the best location on Efate.

The house reef has the healthiest coral growth I've ever and a must see along with the many tropical fish that call it home.

My husband and I recently visited Eratap Beach Resort for our very belated Honeymoon and cannot fault this resort, beautiful location great amenities, private and intimate surrounds a fantastic restaurant with amazing food and fabulous staff. We loved to resort and found we hardly left the resort as we didn't need to. The resort is private, with limited guests, scenic and beautiful villas with everything you could need looking right out onto the beach seconds from a stunning reef, filled with coral, tropic fish galore as well as starfish with the occasional sighting of turtles ang dugongs. What made our trip was the amazing staff who catered so well to our needs and made us feel nothing was an issue. Everyone was friendly, thoughtful and professional and made us feel so welcome. Cannot thank everyone enough for a wonderful trip and hope to make it back again. Visiting Eratap, you will not be disappointed. Thank you!

I only dined here, but the hosts/owners were so lovely and accomodating to our last-minute drop in! The food was sensational, and the staff extremely friendly. Really great selection of wines available, and a substantial menu too!

A lovely place to stay in Vanuatu. If you like snorkelling the resort has outstanding coral and fish varieties just off the main beach. Staff are also happy to drop you at nearby Castaway Island to snorkel. The staff are wonderful, meals are good, and the grounds and facilities are great. Would be very happy to visit again.

We had an amazing stay here. Beautiful location, spacious villas and an almost private beach access! Its a large resort with limited villas, so a lot more private and made for a nice quite vacation. The staff are amazing and friendly! Thanks to Pascale and team for a great holiday here.

So relaxing! My husband and I stayed here in March 2023 in the honeymoon villa. Our villa was so comfortable, the view amazing, so lovely to hear the sound of the sea from our bedroom. The food was so delicious, the snorkeling from beach at the resort was great, the staff so welcoming. We are already talking about coming back again!

We’ve stayed here twice. It is a beautiful resort. It is perfect for snorkelling, long boarding, stand up paddle boarding and kayaking 😆🤟

Fantastic resort in a beautiful location. Villas are modern, very light and airy with excellent connection to the ocean. A great experience, with some lovely spots to go paddle boarding, kayaking, snorkelling, swimming and cycling, all of which the equipment is provided. Staff were excellent. Would definitely head back without hesitation..

We went for lunch at Eratrap on a whim since we had a car and it was one of the best choices we made on our trip. The food was amazing and service tip botch. We both had the fish of the day which was cooked very well accompanied by a beautiful fresh salad. Would Highly recommend going there for a meal.

An amazing experience at Eratap Resort. All the staff were so friendly and catered to our every need.The restaurant meals were excellent and the chef's have made each meal with love. Our first time staying at an adult's only resort and I would definitely recommend it. It was very peaceful. We had our own pool which looked out onto the Pacific Ocean, the snorkeling was just outside the restaurant and having access to a boat at anytime was fantastic. Thank you tumas❤️

Wonderful high quality resort located on its own extensive private grounds. Fabulous staff, food and facilities. Superb restaurant providing excellent breakfast, lunch and evening meals. Beautiful villas set in well tended gardens and each with their own lawns and access to the beach. Nice tennis court, bicycles to borrow, spa treatments, kayaks and SUPs, boats to the small islands, and a small gym. Lots to do and only 30 mins from Port Villa.

Fantastic staff, Tony was absolutely fantastic with his greeting, attention to detail and information about everything, The coral, fish and snorkeling is the best in the Pacific, The rooms are huge and very well appointed. So , even though it rained....boy did it rain....I can't wait to get back, STUNNING RESORT!

Our first holiday post-covid started off on a high staying at Eratap. All of the amenities were in pristine condition, we enjoyed the use of the recently built gym and tennis court. The staff and owners were so lovely, and extremely helpful. To top it off the food and cocktails were delicious! Would highly recommend :)

A truly magical place. The staff are so friendly and the food is incredible. We had a very relaxing stay, splitting our time between snorkelling, cultural experiences, kayaking, fishing, and afternoon naps!

Ohh this place is a piece of heaven on earth.. Tony the owner of the place welcomes you with a big smile on your arrival with a bunch of musicians adorned with local flowers( this bit is my imagination only) and gives you a welcome drinks( tropical juices- very nice)..What a lovely way to the start of your dream holiday.. He briefs you about the functions and facilities of the resort..And believe me they are are second to none .. Incredibly comfortable villas built with in local materials ( straw roof, timber beams and columns, engineered in an amazing way ) right on the beach.. Your own beach front deck and lawns.. lawns adorned with an apple-like fruits from dropping from the trees ( took hundreds of pictures of this exotic fruit- not to be eaten though- see my Instagram photos #mehmetdoktan).. Every morning you wake up to the sound of waves hitting shores.. As well as a bird in a nearby tree chirping happily while you watch the waves laying on your bed ..Incredibly relaxing and enjoyable.. Then the sun set is also amazing while sipping your local Tusker OP beer (lovely beer) sitting at the restaurant.. Loved that beer and will seek them in Oz..;-) The food is also amazing. Our compliments to the chef. But also he modifies the food according to your needs.. For example, I love natural yogurt at my breakfast and fruit platter..Not a problem .. Gluten free food..Not a problem.. Fried onions with the sunny side egg.. Not a problem.. Gluten free toast ..Not a problem.. ( loved the bread with roasted pumpkin seeds).. The local waitresses and staff including guides and drivers are amazing. Felt like they are my brothers and sisters..So friendly and genuine.. Lastly the reception ladies Pascal, Claire and others are so incredible and lovely. They even phone you to ask if you feel Ok or need anything from them almost every day. A personal touch to every thing. In short, thank you to you all guys for making our stay such a wonderful experience..We will come again and recommend you to our friends in Brisbane without any hesitation. Lovely food, waterfront dining. Staff were friendly. They are generally kid free, but July school holds are an exception. Despite this we were made to feel relaxed. Not cheap, but quality is excellent

Oh wow what an absolutely stunning place. I was tossing up on what resort to choose as snorkeling was very important to me... I chose Eratap and what a great decision. The snorkeling straight out the front of the Resturant was some of the best snorkeling I have ever done! And I have done The Great Barrier Reef, Fiji, Indonesia, Hideaway Island. I think it was the most colourful (unbleached) coral I have ever seen and not to mention so many varieties of fish it was unbelievable! This place doesn't sell how good their snorkeling is! Then there's the resort. Adults only. Only ever a very limited number of people at any one time makes for the feeling of absolute seclusion! The Resturant is phenomenal. High quality gear to use - Paddle boards, kyaks etc. This place is a true gem. Our new favourite Vanuatu spot! Thanks to all the amazing staff and Manager Clare for looking after us. We'll be back!

From the moment we met Tony and the team at the airport, the service was first class. Extremely accommodating, knowledgeable and genuinely happy to help make the trip a memorable experience. Our bure was very comfortable, clean and modern. Great entertainment and the food was exceptional. Castaway Island was a highlight though no need to stray too far from the resort!

One of the best resorts of our twelve night stay in Vanuatu it's a little out of the way but the staff and owners were easily the most friendly and a really excellent place to collect your berrings.
