If you are in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, you cannot miss this place. Excellent place to spend a day with family and friends. The restaurant is wonderful with a varied offer of delicious typical Bolivian dishes. I adore Bolivian food, it is of excellent quality.

It was not like real park, it was more than nice restaurant with fancy playground, very Instagram friendly (really well design), at the end it was magical in terms of how much silence you can get in some areas. The Sopa de Maní was ok and the Pipocas de lagarto was a nice surprise. Overall the food itself was 6/10 (the beverages are overpriced)

La Rinconada is a great family day out, which never disappoints. They've got beautiful gardens, cool ponds and giant lilypads, shady areas and hammocks, as well as swings, slides and ziplines for the kids. There are other fun areas that I haven't mentioned because the surprises are part of its charm. Spend the morning in the gardens, get a great lunch at the restaurant and spend the afternoon in the pools. There's something for everyone.

Well, first it is utterly crowded and secons that's the last day before draining the water. So imagine the rest. - I ordered food from their restaurant After spending 120 bolivars on a soup and a tasteless paiche fillet with some boiled vegetables the only thing I wanted is to get to a **** hypermarket and get 2 6 bolivar HotDogs..... 😂 But let's not be that negative and say some positive things too. -nice plants, you can see some birds and insects too.

This is a fantastic family place for eco awareness & fun. Very well thought out, lots of interactivity. The bridge area was super fun. There's a low impact zipline, swimming pool, "rainforest". Restaurant is very good, though it was extremely busy when we were there, and the service was likely below standard that day. Food & drinks still very good - alligator popcorn! Very expensive, so not accessible to many Bolivians. More like an eco theme park than a eco reserve. But its worth it if you can afford it!

This was beyond beautiful. All the little monkeys who came to greet us were so adorable. Beautiful bright colors everywhere. The exotic birds were gorgeous. I will never forget the noise of all the animals and wildlife. The fresh tamarind we picked from the trees were ripe and delicious. After our tour through the facilities and the jungle, we got Piqué Macho with Mochochinchi, both of which were unlike anything I have had before and absolutely delicious. This is my favorite culture. Bolivian people are sooo amazing and spiritual. Best times of my life. Muchísimas gracias por todo.

Am absolutely amazing visit. The pools are glorious and cool. Lots of fun things to see and do and a great way to get a little flavour of lots of different types of landscape from around Bolivia. No signs in English so be ready to translate yourself or use Google!

Stunningly beautiful place! Kept in order neatly and they have some huge swings and balancing games on the water for young and old to enjoy. The pools looked fantastic, sadly, it was too cold to take a dip the day we were there. Only thing I would have wished for is some signs with background info on all the plant and climate zones they exhibit.

It would’ve been a five. The park is gorgeous and although i was a bit reluctant to spend the entrance ticket, in the end I was most than glad that I did. Beautiful place to spend it with the family. This is a great place to spend the day. Our bus is at 18h and the checkout from our hotel was at 11h. So you can come here and spend the afternoon and eat in the restaurant. Itll more pricey than your average prices in the city but you’ll be satisfied and the entire staff is nice and they’ll keep your luggage safe while you eat and enjoy the pool. 10/10 recommend

We got to meet the owner. What a kind man and such a gentleman. On the other side the guys around the pools got pretty nasty. It was 530 pm and apparently the time they close the swimming pool. This was my first time there and did not have a clue. I thought they close at 6pm as it was printed at the door....so this pool guy asked us to leave the swimming pool but you can imagine trying to convince my 3 year old to get out of the water in 1 minutes like this guy wanted. Soon after while my daughter still in the water at 5 35pm he started pouring chemicals in the water. No patience with kids at all!!!! He was rude and nasty when speaking to us to make us leave. Definitely not the way you talk to clients....what a shame..the place is nice but the pool guys definitely not. You may have a better experience if you are all packed to leave by 525 pm. So you avoid them throwing you out!!
