I took my son to specifically look at a bike Halfords sell, a Voodoo Bizango Pro at £950. Trying to even get in and parked was no easy task on a busy Saturday. Having waited around for a staff member for a good ten minutes upstairs, we eventually went downstairs to find 3 of them huddled around a till. Long story short, they didn't have one on display, only in a box at the back. Very disappointing, as most people aren't going to spend over a Grand on a bike and parts, without seeing one in real life. Whoever the Manager is here, needs to realise that they are losing money hand over fist, through untrained/disinterested Staff. This was a completely wasted exercise.

Left my bike in this morning for a few repairs and was completed by early evening. On collection I couldn’t believe the job that was done. It’s like a brand new bike. Amazing young man they have on repairs. Highly recommend and very reasonable price. Top job 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Very professional staff, very polite and extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended store in Newry County down in Northern Ireland. A difinite 10/10.

Battery needed replaced was very handy process I just typed in reg and they came up with the battery I paid online for the part plus fitting and it was all out in within 15 minutes didn’t compare but probably cheaper than going to a dealership

Rachel was most helpful doing a 10 point check on the car before it's MOT - had very much a can do approach. Went over and above the call of duty - unreservedly recommend.

Not at all a very happy customer, went to collect our new bicycles and only we asked a few questions we would just have been carrying them out of the store with nothing explained to us...would not recommend halfords at all

I found it very difficult to contact the store by telephone. In fact I never got through despite numerous attempts. So went to support. And from my “ chat “ everything changed……..which is the reason for the 5 star review. I just have to give a special mention to Tev. Great asset to your store. Great store and helpful polite, knowledgeable staff. Leisure batteries were good value and readily available. Staff member very knowledgeable about different classes of battery and to which activity suitable. Good to buy in Northern Ireland as i have a physical shop to return to for help and warranty issues which you don't get with cheaper on line battery providers. Hard te bate

This morning went to shop to inquire about a light bulb for my car, once I got in one of the shop assistant, extraordinaire shop assistant guide me to all I need and fitted the build in few minutes, wish all shops had shop assistants like Brian, super helpful super polite, he made me want to come back. Went into Halfords in Newry looking for roof bars, which I was totally clueless about until I met Brian. All the staff were friendly and helpful but Brian was very knowledgeable, patient and demonstrated excellent communication skills (it needed to be at a level of roof bars for dummies!). Although they did not have what I needed in stock and I was only passing through, I left knowing what I needed. Thanks so much Brian if you are reading this. Halfords, hope you give him a promotion!

Wrong tyres fitted to E-bike - didn’t have what was requested so they stuck on what they had in stock and didn’t notify the bike owner. Otherwise the service was good and the bike was nice and clean. Hard to get updates on progress as have to ring the Halford’s call centre and they haven’t a clue.
