Lovely place. We had the soup of the day and a sandwich. Great views of the fishpond. Reasonable prices and good service.

Fantastic Sunday lunch , proper portion of meat unlike most places these days. Thanks ladies 👏🏼👏🏼 This property has disabled parking & a ramp for wheelchair access. There is also a nice little shop and a garden centre on site. If your passing through or going specifically for this place , it's well worth it.

Arrived on my bike, cold and damp. Within 3 mins a pot of steaming hot tea was plonked in front of me. The breakfast was brilliant, tasty and a good size. Three mugs of tea. £12!! Can't ask for more. Will be visiting again very soon. Thanks

It was a very nice place to have breakfast. Definitely to try the full breakfast. Cappuccino is also delicious. Lovely ladies as well.

It is my first time here in over 20 years. It used to be a really welcoming place when it was a fly fishery run by a really nice old guy Now it is not very welcoming you don't get any say in wat you want if it is not on the menu and they don't serve breakfast after 11.15 I defiantly won't be going here again I did a film of going out of there it was the best bit of going there. If you go another half a mile there is another Cafe called the bikers Cafe food and service is brilliant probably my favourite cafe for breakfast. Today 11-9 2023 about 3 months after doing my original review I was stopped in a layby waiting for my clients when a man who was also parked in the layby came over to my van and started to threaten me over my review said his wife worked there i told him to go away he then said he knew where I lived and was going to come to my house and smash my face in if I didn't remove it. most normal people just reply sorry you didn't have a good time how can we improve. not send there husband to threaten you lol.

Cottage pie is super, Chicken pie with leek is also not bad. There are a lot of cute things in the little shop. I bought a cute cat bag.

Popped in for some lunch last week. Nice warm welcome, lovely food and a fabulous, well stocked shop full of gifts and Christmas treats. We are moving to the area soon, so we look forward to visiting again!
