UPDATE: The girl that answered my call is the one that said I needed to SCHEDULE an appointment with doctor. Not me. I said I wanted to come and see the office and ask about policy with regard to HOW I would like my appointment handled. And if that could be accommodated. I told you I do not need x-rays. (I have recent x-rays to bring) I also have no restorative needs. My teeth are healthy. I said I wanted to know of the hygienist would be willing to give anesthetic before my cleanings, as I have nerve disfunction in my lowers. And then, if that was possible, I would like to schedule a cleaning. The front office staff member said I would have to schedule an appointment with the doctor and have x-rays and a full exam BEFORE he would discuss office policy. I know exactly what is proper to schedule. I would as an office staff, or better as I was, a back office team member, a surgical Dental Assistant and referral coordinator, I would have simply asked the doctor his opinion in the matter and communicated that answer to the patient. Not require a full exam to discuss office policy. I called to see if I could discuss the office policies and treatment protocols for patients. And they said I would have to pay them $280 to do that. I've worked in dentistry for 20 years. I've recently moved to Ohio and was wanting to see if they're a good fit for me and was told I have to have x-rays and a full exam before being able to discuss any treatment policies. I'm flabbergasted. You can't know about an office without paying that kind of money? Unheard of.

Outstanding experience! Nobody likes to go to the dentist including me. I had to have a cavity and a Crown ... they were able to do everything in one trip all within a few hours, including creating and installing the permanent crown. Everybody is always so friendly, professional and helpful. The dental hygienist and the doctor listened to my concerns and frequently asked questions to make sure I was comfortable and feeling well. Absolutely the best dental experience I've ever had.

The experience was truly exceptional. I felt very much at ease and could express my needs and they were met without hesitation. I finally found what I've been searching for! I have struggled for years in trying to find a dentist, and staff, that made me feel comfortable. It's not the only office I've found that offers sedation dentistry but that is only part of the process- you should also feel at ease before and after as well! Dr Bedich has been a absolute blessing for me. As someone who struggles with a debilitating fear of the dentist, I couldn't possibly speak more highly of Dr Bedich and his staff. Every part of the process, from phone calls to the dental work, has been comfortable. The support I've found with Dr Bedich means so much to me. Dr Bedich and his entire staff are so wonderful. They do an excellent job everytime. I no longer need sedation for anxiety while having dental work done because of the care they give and the calming atmosphere.
