Fantastic family owned and run store with first class, friendly service and advice, together with the best prices in the area makes this the ideal place for all your pool/spa needs. I recently moved into the area and needed advice on a Dolphin robotic pool cleaner. I spoke to Ian who gave me an excellent run down and I am extremely happy with my purchase (in fact, I don't know how you'd run a pool without one of these). Excellent post sales service and advice too. I can't recommend these highly enough.

Went into shop today with a problem from the young staff to the experienced , there customer service was 5 stars. I come two hours and pass 6 pool shops on my way to work but choose this family spa and pool shop. Watching the younger guys workshop a problem and not being scared to ask there manager this is called learning and should be praised . Good on you guys as usual see you next Friday 😊😊😊😊😊

Noticed a tinge of green in my pool and realised my main pump was not working. I assumed it burned out and needed replacing but Ian from HydraSpa recommended I bring it in for inspection whereupon he repaired it for around $60. He could have easily sold me a new pump for almost $1000 but this business has real integrity and fabulous customer Service and advice. Thanks Ian

Really helpful staff and provide excellent service. Basically, spa maintenance was new to me and when I visited them and explained my situation they provided the maintenance cheat sheet and all the necessary chemicals.

I had a broken hydrostatic valve in swimming pool and guys from HyraSpa came and replaced it perpectly and with a reasonable price. It is absolutely recommendable to anyone.

I had a major leak at the skimmer box and also a leak from one of the jets that meant I needed to top up the water every 3-4 days. I have an older spa (more than 15 years old) so I expected there to be issues that might be tricky to fix. Contacted HydraSpa and following a quote, Leigh was dispatched to fix the leaks. Leigh was awesome - really friendly, arrived on time and ultimately after 3 hours fixed the leaks. The app that lets you when they're arriving (and even their current location so you can track them) was handy so I could make sure I was home. Cost was less than $300, including parts, which was very reasonable. The only thing I would suggest is that you allow a few weeks for the quoting and repair. They're clearly really busy so don't expect a service in the week you call.

This company has the most incredible people to work with. We bought a new house which had a very old hot tub in it, we had Hydra Spa service it and their maintenance guy is great: chatty, honest and quick. The spa was old and finally died, so we decided it wasn't something we wanted to live without and went to check out what new spas are like at Hydra. They were AWESOME. We sat in a bunch and chatted about all the pros and cons, and picked one we were super happy with. They were able to get it to us really quickly, take out the old one, install the new one and helped us every step of the way. Our new spa is so beautiful and I could not be happier! THANK YOU!

Called this store to book for servicing my pool as the water turned light greenish (cloudish). they were fully booked for cming 3-4 weeks.so they asked me to bring the sample next day to help me clean the pool by myself, I wasn't sure whether it's gonna workout or not as the water was very dirty , but I took the sample and gave it to them in the morning, they did some tests and explained me what has happened and how to clean process , gave me some chemicals, used the chemicals as explained in the evening, woke up next morning saw the colour change , there was a big smile on my face , as I wasn't expecting it . Within a day or two pool water became clear . Only costs me about 40$ for the chemicals , They are very professional, helped me from the shop, they got a customer for life 👍 also before calling them I called a local shop in melton they asked 700+ for this job . So they saved me a alot of money . I'm very happy

Ian provided absolutely brilliant customer service! He was patient when problem solving a solution to our 20 year old spa leak dilemma. His expert knowledge and trouble shooting skills helped source replacement parts which fixed the problem. While others might give up, Ian enjoyed the challenge.
