Dear Maria and the whole team, thank you very much for the fantastic service! I was there with my baby, who unfortunately wanted to sleep at the time and started crying. Maria and her colleagues were so understanding & lovely and made sure I could finish the procedure. I have never experienced such exceptional service before. Besides that my skin looked so great after sugaring. I highly recommend Maria and the salon!

Felt very very rushed and felt like I wasn't listened to. I got a Brazilian sugar done for the first time and I tried saying I wanted a certain area left but she took too much off as she only asked halfway through the session when it was too late. Didn't ask if I liked it or if I was satisfied at the end and before I could tell her she was already packed up. She missed a spot which I'll have to do myself. Part of my stomach was also waxed without permission- she asked after she had done it. Not great for a first experience when I was already very nervous. Won't be returning. Was too anxious to say anything whilst at the clinic but honestly would want a partial refund

I can not recommend Lillian @ Beauty Science enough. She is the most knowledgeable, caring & loving nurse I have ever come across. The time she takes in every session along with the honest recommendations for your skin type and face frame is 100%. I go in wanting a million things done & she simply will say “NO, you don’t need all that, let’s try this instead!” Saving me so much money.. This kind of service and knowledge was never given to me when I visited the Skin Clinic chain stores. I will never go anywhere else again. I visited Beauty Science and was treated for the first time with injectables by Lillian and I am beyond excited and happy with the results! She was very attentive, explaining thoroughly the whole process and put me at ease as it was my first time. Cannot recommend her enough and have already booked further procedures with her.

Residing in Queensland I purchased online both the Face and the Neck and Decolletage Omnilux LED devices from Beauty Science which I have loved. I recently had issues with the Face Omnilux and although it was well out of the warranty period, Lillian kindly arranged a replacement for me which I have received this week after returning the previous one to her. Lillian is incredibly professional and so helpful and understanding just a shame I don't live in Melbourne to enable me to be a client at the clinic for treatments. Thank you Lillian.

This small business has a lovely relaxed atmosphere . The staff are so efficient and skilled. I highly recommend to my friends . I have regular sugaring and my small blonde annoying hair is much less noticeable. I could not be happier.

My eye lash lift is amazing! I have very fine and barely there eyelashes but now look like I have the longest lashes! Sugaring is the best - very little pain and the hair grown back a lot slower. The team all are very experienced and knowledgable and really pleasant. A wonderful relaxing appointment that I look forward to regularly.

The visit there was traumatizing. The owner is rude and disrespectful, that was my first visit in life and I felt I am not receiving the help and service I need, that I wasn't listened. I had to repeat myself constantly, this is ridiculous. She said that if I'm not happy of what she offers me then I can just leave now! Such ignorance made me more less trusting of other clinics. They also have water and coffee to show in the reception and they didn't offer that to me waiting for my appointment!! This is a joke. Rude.

Lillian took the time to carefully assess my needs to ensure I had the best outcome. Emily was fabulous with my other services.

Vera was great - she chose a great facial for me. The facial was gentle and she knew all the pressure points which felt great. She spoke through each stage and gave me some great tips to take away. Loved my experience here - I went to the Richmond location and it was a lovely space. looking to book the next facial already.
