Best apartment stay ever. Perfectly renovated. We had a 1 bed apartment which was huge, massive arched windows and everything you could possibly need. Centrally located, comfy bed and great price. Can't fault it.

Fanatically modern furnishing. Good price and wonderful decor. The staff were friendly and the rooms comfortable. We stayed in the 1 BR apartment and it was very spacious. Would stay here again if we're ever around Geelong

Overall the hotel is nice and we enjoyed our stay but there are a few things they could have done better. For a 4 star apartment hotel there was no hand soap, the toilet paper was only 2 ply, the heater stopped working on the second day and the batteries in the tv remotes were dead. The furniture was ok, ikea style but needs more warmth in the rooms. Kitchen was beautiful and had great appliances.

Stunning building for apartments. Only down side is the distance to the water front through a town which has seen better days but I couldn't fault the apartments. Will definitely be staying there again. Lovely tall ceilings in the rooms and well kept surroundings

Apartments are great but our floors were filthy. We asked for the room to be cleaned (specifically the floors) and our kids feet were still black after walking around on it as they only use a steam mop. The outside area including the chair was absolutely caked in bird poo, and despite being cleaned, was just as caked with poo the following morning. For $350 a night, I don't expect my toddlers clothes to have big black marks all over them from playing on the ground inside.

So we stayed here after a special event and it was by far an amazing experience. More than just accomodation, the room was clean, tidy and modern. A Renovated building that is full of history just outside of the Geelong city centre, it has ample room for parking. Perfect for the midweek getaway when you actually can’t get away! We will definitely be coming back.

The room was beautiful. It was decent size and really clean. Then the minus sides. The noise was awful. Anything that happened next room could be heard in my room. When the neighbors entered their room, I got scared is that someone coming in to our room, thanks to the noices. Also the traffic seemed like never ending, specially the trucks. Didn't took breakfast here.

Fantastic accommodation in a convenient location. Apartments are well fitted out, facilities are great and the staff were extremely helpful. I attended a conference at GMHBA Stadium, which was only a 5 minute or so walk. I would highly recommend the Devlin Apartments for your accommodation needs.

Not the greatest experience. Room was falsely advertised, we booked the one bedroom apartment which apparently should boast fireplaces and high ceilings with arched windows. We got a room was nothing like that, after saying this to management the response was "Some rooms are like that others aren't" Definitely be warned about Devlin's advertising of their apartments it is definitely not accurate.

Overall a positive experience, room was clean, and fittings are modern. The staff were friendly. The negative was certainly the lack of daily rubbish collection, or a large bin to place your rubbish. Results in people dumping there rubbish out the front of other units. Silly system, the floor is also very thin and you can hear people above very loudly. The train crossing is a problem if your not a heavy sleeper. Would try other options next time we come to town.
