Loved the food here. The meat was so tender, juicy and flavorful. Such a tasty treat. They made the kebab fresh after we ordered which made it even nicer. Bread was also done after ordering and it was super fresh and soft. Really loved the customer service, that was the standout. We went here late around 9:50ish. Went to a couple of other places nearby and they said they are closed. But the gentleman here who was the owner I think was super friendly and nice. He agreed to take our order eventhough they were practically closed. He even gave us some extras and chatted to us the whole time while cooking. Haven't had such friendly encounter and service for a long time.The dining space was very clean and large with many seats available. A middle eastern vibe through it as well. Overall fantastic experience, will be returning for sure. P.s photo uploaded is half eaten so the quantity is a bit more.

Food is great and good value for money. However, found the chicken was quite spicy for the kids to eat. They were left only eating the nuggets, rice and chips. But for us adults, it was yummy and quite a filling. The chicken and rice dish can eaily be shared between two people. Briyani was flavourful. Service is great. But just be mindful, if you want to take left overs home, its 1 free container and a cost for any additional containers needed.

Loved the okra dish possibly the best I've had in Melbourne! Generous servings of Afghan bread served with meals. Chicken biryani was tasty, as was the chicken curry and kebabs. Friendly staff always willing to accommodate. One of the few restaurants that did not charge a surcharge for operating on a public holiday, very impressed. Been back four times, will be a regular for myself and my family. Lovely spacious, bright, Afghan themed dining area. Takeaway available as well.

The food here was delicious and portions were great. We had the mix skewers with salad, the mantu (dumplings) and chicken korma with rice and salad. The skewers were the highlight, especially the chicken was extremely tender and juicy. Another highlight were the dumplings, it was my first time trying these and they were so good. The only complaint I would have is that the chicken in the chicken korma was pretty dry, however the flavour of the sauce was good. The breads are also huge and everything is freshly made. Overall a great experience and I would recommend 👍🏼

We're sharing this kebab platter for two. Fresh made roti and it tastes so good with the dipping sauce. The order was served pretty fast after payment. Will come back next time to try something else.

Food is good with authentic taste. But the quantity is kept on dropping, and the serving size of the mix kebab plate is too small. Doesn't seem to be value to money. I don't wana reduce the rating of this place reason for giving them 5 star.

This was one of my most favourite places until today. They have changed the menu and become super expensive. Today, the kebabs were bone dry. The bread was gluey. I have to start looking for another place now.

The foods are tasty. We tried Lamb and Chicken Korma which were delicious. The bread is so fresh and crispy. Loved it. Buriyani also tasty. Very reasonable portions which enough for small family

It was my first time trying Afghan food and i was quite impressed.The tikka kebab was so tender, juicy and bloody awesome.The bread was so fresh and large,hardly to eat one😂The overall sitting was good and customer service was awesome.Thanks guys.Will visit soon.

Prices were reasonable. Too much food on the plate. We asked for a small meal but ended up with huge servings. Cafe was clean with plenty of seating. Quality of food was adequate. Parking is excellent.

We went for dine in to experience some desi taste. And we weren't disappointed with the meal we ordered. However don't expect much customer service.

If you're craving for Kebab, then it's the right place to go❤️, the food is cooked fresh, so you might have to wait for some time. The portions are big and price is reasonable as well, ambience is nice and I loved the tea presentation.

A master in taste and freshness. Generous portions. Had the Koobideh platter with extra salad. The lady was extra accommodating when I asked to charge a device and served us with extra yogurt sauce. Ambience is clean and spacious. Will be back. Highly recommend.

Horrible Horrible customer service. The only reason I come here is because there is no other afghan restaurant in craigeburn. I wish someone else opens and closes this place. The food is average but these people are just so rude. If you ask them for anything - cups, spoons or even a plate they look at you like they will kill you. Their attitude really needs to change or they will continue to lose customers.

The food is absolutely delicious. We ate lunch and then went back after we finished our shopping to get some takeaway for the following day. Reheated food tasted delicious aswell. Highly recommend!

Ordered mixed kebab plate for around $22, said it comes with dip. They only had garlic or chilli which are sauces, not dips. 20 mins wait for food. Dirty high chair. Fairly dingy old place, which usually means the food will be good. We waited half an hour and no food. When we complained they said “that’s because it’s not ready yet”. When my wife told him he was rude and should apologise, he ignored her. When we told the waitress about his rudeness she said they had decided to change the charcoal mid lunch service. Very silly. She was not phased at all when we said we wouldn’t be back. The meat and bread was very tasty, with proper dip it would have been next level but we won’t be back. I can’t imagine people come here for the customer service. Also the “salad” was basically a garnish not a proper salad. Not very good value. If the food wasn’t nice, I’d be giving this place 1 star

Previous owners were great. The food was tasty and the customer service was ok. This is critical feedback that I am hoping you take onboard to fix your services. 1. The moment we walked in there was no smell of food, which made me wonder did anything even cook here today? Previous owners used to cook fresh infront of the customers and there was a lovely charcoal smell in the atmosphere. 2. The prices have gone up and portion sizes have dropped. I might have as well eat half a plate of rice at home then pay $24. Not value for money at all. 3. Taste of the mince kebab was bland. No salt, no spices, nothing. It was also very small. There was no charcoal taste, it just tasted grilled... previous charcoal taste was much better. 4. The food appeared quickly out of the nowhere without any smell or visual of anyone cooking. Which tells me that it was microwaved. Most likely cooked in big batches and deep freezed. Super disappointing.

Delicious Afghan food my go to place for dining out in Craigieburn or if I’m not looking to eat at home I usually order from this place . Food is fresh always and right up to the standards my kids love it too

The only thing good about this place is the jooja kebab, which by the way is getting more expensive. Very poor customer service, especially by the man behind the counter who should seriously not be dealing with customers. He is rude and is fussy with customers.

Have been a regular customer here but noticed the food porting is very less and price are too expensive. Last time i went to get some breads and they just gave me cold bread. I requested if they could give me hot breads and all of a sudden they told me take your money back or u can take the cold bread only. I was shocked with the behavior although we used to go to the restaurant some times. Now i have promised will never go back to them. Posted the review here coz wanted the community know how badly they behave. If google had 0 ratings I would have given them that.

Great food I really enjoyed everything! Would have been 5 stars if the lady serving the registers smiled more, seemed like she was unhappy to be there and looked annoyed with us.
