Went in to browse, found extremely pushy sales man. Tried too hard to put the hard sell on and tried to guilt us after we said we were going to look at other stores. He kept saying how the other stores were franchises and bevmarks was family owned, even though it's a franchise as well.. this is the second time we've been to this store and found the staff rude and pushy. Safe to say he's done himself out of a sale from trying so hard to guilt us into a sale and pushing so hard.

My partner and I bought two beds, side tables and a mattress from Bevmarks Watergardens and we only have great things to say about the service we received. Victoria and Mario have been incredibly helpful. The furniture we bought is for our first home and they assisted us with honesty and care. We’re looking forward to having it all delivered and highly recommend this store for your new bedroom furniture!

No stars. Extremely rude, unprofessional, pushy, and arrogant. My partner and I went to look at some options for a new mattress, and while the customer service rep was kind at the start, we witnessed a personality switch when we were hit with a lack luster look and questioned with "why can't you make the decision right now? It's boxing day, I need to close this sale". We said that we wanted to have a coffee and talk over our options, but when doing so, recieved a nasty turn of "well if you can't afford it right now, do I have to just show you some cheap options then? What's it going to take?" She was outrageously pushy, and made us both so uncomfortable between her language, tone and volume. She eventually huffed and walked away when we were just too shocked to respond, then when we walked past her to exit the store, she rolled her eyes and huffed again as we left. It made a really fun and exciting process of finally updating our bed to something bigger completely uncomfortable and made us feel so unsettled. Wouldn't recommend going there unless you want to be pressured.

We had purchased a mattress from here and had not used it until a month after we had purchased it as we were still renovating. Once we moved in we realised that the mattress was very soft despite us selecting a firm mattress. We called Bev Marks and the staff basically told us that they couldn't help us. I even suggested that it could be faulty due to the fact that my knee sinks straight in to the bed as I get in to bed. He said it can't be and brushed me off. Won't be returning there and have warned friends and family.

Finally got my bed no thanks to corona virus 2 months late. This is in no way a reflection on Bev Marks. Service was good delivery very fast efficient on the day. Love the bed exactly what i ordered so far so great. Had full assembly done was very fast proficient. Would never buy from forty winks again but Bev marks yes definitely. I want to thank Matt for all his time and help during the times I popped in to research and make my purchase.

Thank you Bevmarks at Taylor’s Lakes we love our new mattress. We ordered the mattress on Monday and were told it would take about two weeks for delivery, well to our surprise it was delivered 3 days later. Thank you to the salesperson who was very knowledgeable in assisting us to make the right decision.

Aggressive salesman tactics. Belittled my partner. Kept trying to stop me from leaving repeating “give me one good reason why you shouldn’t buy this today?” even though I told him several times that I wanted to go home and think about my $2000 purchase. As soon as he realised he couldn’t get me to make the impulse purchase he left along with his manners.

Walked into Bevmarks and initially spoke to Matt who we purchased and ordered our bed frame. Matt looked after us and was very friendly and helpful. Came back a week later to organise our mattress and spoke with Geoff who was extremely knowledgeable and helped up make an easy decision and was not the usual salesman just after a sale. We ended up purchasing 2 x amazing pillows and bedside tables and dresser also. A further 2 weeks later went back and spoke to Geoff for another 2 x queen mattresses for our spare rooms. Would like to thank both Matt & Geoff for your help and advice and the smooth process of our purchases. Amazing work to you both would highly recommend Bevmarks to all our family and friends. Best customer service in the west, and Australian owned. We purchased a bed and upon delivery, we identified that one of the bed pieces were not produced correctly, so the bed could not be built. We called the store and spoke with absolute legend, Geoff. Rather than have us bring in the piece and wait days to be able to fix the problem, he took it upon himself to get in the car and drive to our house. With his knowledge and know how he was able to fix the issue and assist us to build the bed too, all with a giant smile and positive attitude. What a guy! Thank you Geoff for a fantastic experience and resolution.

Bought a mattress for my daughter. Was served by Geoff. He was very knowledgeable and had great customer service.

I went into the store today, I had asked a worker for exactly what i wanted she had said we had something like it. Once she showed me I had said it wasn’t exactly what i was after and i didn’t really like it as it had a feature on it which wasn’t what i was after. She has scrunched up her face and said in an unacceptable tone “are you serious” so i replied with yes and she goes on about how i can’t find what i want anywhere else which i responded with i have online at other stores and she replied with “well they will be rubbish”. I have worked in customer services and never would treat a customer like this. When selling something of that price customers should be treated right and that definitely isn’t a way to try to encourage store sales because there is no chance i’ll ever buy anything from there.

We purchased a bed frame at Bevmarks. Bed frame is nice and sturdy. They assembled it for us. Nathalie(sales staff) assisted us. Her customer service was fantastic. I highly commend her. Also the other staff of Bevmarks were also very helpful. Thanks Bevmarks.

Visited this store to select fabric colour and texture for a prior purchase and was greeted with a foul attitude by the female manager who made it known that we were an inconvenience to her. I would give this store a miss and visit the Maribyrnong store who were lovely and professional.

Was totally surprised. Courteous service with no pressure. Took the time to understand what I wanted, my budget and offered a solutions that met my expectations and bit more.

This was my second experience dealing with Bev Marks Taylor’s Lakes and both times, I received exceptional service. I mainly dealt with Jack, but both Jeff & Victoria were also very helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for beds, and bed related items.
