Two stories of home improvement options. Best Bunnings I have ever seen. Only one cashier, but I personally blame the high shoplifter turn out in Maribyrnong. I highly recommend this store!

Wow! The size of this store is enormous. Very well planned which makes for a well presented goods and tool store. This store even has an escalator leading to a top floor. While looking around more than 3 staff members offered their assistance with friendly smiling faces. What a treat to shop there. 😍

A big 5 stars! A great large local store with a variety of items and services which has really improved in customer service over the years, as there was a time instore when staff seemed to avoid customers at all cost. My recent visits have been linked to DIY painting and clothes line purchase and the staff were ever so helpful regarding colour selection and information regarding decking oiling procedure. Highly recommended.

People are nice but there are long-term issues with out of stocks. The items for many weeks/months are out of stock yet they are shown as in-stock on the site. When I ask if it's meant to be accurate they replied I should phone up and not rely on the website. I did that, came in, guess what... It's not in stock, either... Out of 4 orders I placed online in the last few months, 3 were cancelled because of inaccurate stock levels. Footscray/Sunshine have not failed yet, what's up with Maribyrnong Bunnings?

Very good place! The most interesting part is, I can check the Aisle and Bay number from the website and help myself to find the appropriate product. Stock info is highly accurate AFAIK 🙂 also the Crafts section is amazing! each month I buy one for my 8yo kid. These help me to lessen the screen time for my kid. i hope the administration will increase the items of this section 😇

I must say this place has been incredible with customer service. Always very helpful and knowledgable about the products and how to locate things quickly. Enjoyable experience.

I purchased a stack trolley that converts to a flatbed trolley; to help me move and when I got home it was missing the two smaller wheels for when it is used in flat bed position. I called the two people I spoke to were very apologetic and helpful just come back in and we will fix it. I couldn’t get there for a week and when I got there I spoke with 3 team members who were very helpful I thought I would be there for over half an hour and no I was in and out in under ten with my wheels and they didn’t make me feel bad I felt special it was great service and a credit to the team and management as all 5 people treated me the same and were fantastic

Great good old fashioned customer service and advice today 21.08.23 8:45am from a young girl in the paint department and an older gent in the drill section. Explained what I needed to buy as a novice for my DIY project patiently, showed me the individual product options. Spent a fair bit of money but totally worth it.

Did a swap and go 9kg gas bottle for $30.75. Only because bbqs galore ran out of gas who refill the same size bottle for $24.95. Come on bunnings you're meant to be cheaper.... not happy Jan.

Went to Bunnings at night time ariund 8:45 and was not expecting anyone to help me. I thought everyone will be busy but I was wrong. Went to the person forgot his name helped me to locate the item and get me from the back stack. In the lighting section was looking for couple of stuff and person name with Dominic approached me and asked me how I am going and did bit of chit chat and asked for my wellbeing. Really amazing and communication from Dominic. I was literally amazed by his service and can’t imagine if someone working in night time and can be so good to others specially when they have kid and is not well. Hats off to you mate. Keep doing and Happy Easter.

Long wait in the queue for payment, they have 6 self checkout and just 2 open for payment, it is so bad.

Always have something I want to make or maintain. No need to clutter the house with things. Bunnings is my storage warehouse.

I’m always able to find what I need for home DIY and usually have a great experience. Today, however, I was purchasing a downpipe and brackets. When I asked for assistance in finding the brackets (I already had the downpour) an older male staff member said to me “YOU’RE going to do the downpipe yourself?” I asked him if that comment was because I was female to which I received no response. Shame on you. Have you not noticed that women are at least half of your customers? And we are more than capable of doing home DIYs…

Great store, so well stocked. The Black Friday Sale is on till end of next week. Good bargains available for Christmas shopping.

3 stars for Emily. super helpful. but lady on counter should be more polite and willing to help customers. or may be should train them in a way that they treat customers better. more over if customers have to take photos of prices and tell them to staff, you should change system.

Been trying to pick up a drive and collect from the designated car park. Called the number on the wall twice and the number rang out so I called the store and was put on hold for more than 15 minutes before I gave up and went into the store to pick up my item. 5th of Jan 2023 at 12:32pm. Why would they offer a service that they are unable to provide? Very unhappy. Other Bunnings store in Altona North does a great job.

My favourite place to shop, most staff members are quite helpful, though when unsure, can normally direct you to someone else. Prices are usually good for most products, with the exception of nuts and bolts, that I find cheaper elsewhere. Most products can easily be matches for prices and staff are normally happy to assist. Returns for someone who had to return a drill recently, it was a bit of a process to find the right person to approve a swap and then again at the register (different person for some reason), but overall a pleasant experience. One of my favourite stores. I love DIY stores. Nice big store with plenty to offer. Didn't quite have all I needed but I'm from out of town and used to other varieties

Great lights setup in front of the store! So pretty! This is also one of the biggest Bunnings and there are so many available items that you are looking for. It is spacious too.

Went in with my 8 month old bulldog puppy ( fat mess) only to be met my a rude old thing at the entrance who said I needed to muzzle my puppy…or Carry him….he’s 40kg love, that won’t happen. Policy states they use common sense. Funny Joke !! Won’t be back. I suggest BOWENS or MITRE 10. If old love wasn’t so rude could have been different. Don’t bring your dogs here.

I Just Love your service & great staff Bunnings Marribynong Brice was so happy to assist me with my purchase he carried my new outdoor umbrella and base to my car! So appreciative as it was way to heavy for me to do 👏

I'm writing a review for Ashleigh. Firstly I want to thank her for her outstanding customer service. For context, I returned to the store because a hdmi cable I bought was faulty. I was initially told that a refund will be difficult without a reciept (which i didn't take with me during the purchase) and the packaging (which was a bit of cardboard i ripped and put in the bin at home). upon hearing this I stuffed the cable at the store bin and begrudgingly went upstairs to purchase ANOTHER cable. But as I went up I decided to speak to Ashleigh again and explain my situation to her. she didn't hesitate in putting my mind at ease, telling me that she can do it and empathising my predicament the whole time. Thank you Ashleigh for turning my experience at bunnings into a positive one.

What a wonderful experience this morning at this store. Staff (all ladies) were so helpful. A special thank you to Roma for getting my large awkward product from upper level all the way down to registers and then into my car. She was amazing !! Well done Bunnings for hiring these lovely ladies and providing clients like myself a great service.

I attended Bunnings Grand Final weekend. The staff were helpful with products I needed. Hope this continues ! Past experiences staff not been friendly or even made an effort to assist.

Went shopping with two young kids on Sunday. We wanted a long ladder but couldn't figure out how to bring it home. We received assistance from Jason, who's extremely patient, friendly and helpful. He travelled extra miles to help us, well beyond our expectations. Another young team member from Bunnings also helped us carrying the ladder to the cashier. Considering everywhere is short of staff nowadays, I was so touched by the customer service we received from Bunnings Maribyrong. Best shopping experience ever!
