Waited about 35 minutes + to use the printer only to be told that I can only print black and white. To make matters worse I am disgusted with the way I was spoken to and treated when I kindly asked to speak to a manager (Normally I don't do this but was irritable due to the circumstances), the lady told me it "wasn't her problem" and then continued to ignore me. Will not be returning.

Brilliant service at this store. I was here at 9:30am to buy a iPad keyboard. This was after I had left the JB Hifi store as I could not find anyone to help me. When I went into the store one assistant showed me to where the iPad keyboards were. They then took me through the range. We also looked at my existing iPad and worked out the size so we realised together one would not fit. I ended up with a great purchase at a great price. I am now writing this review with the keyboard and it is perfect for what I wanted. Thank you office works and for your team./

This is my nearest store and I have never had good customer service, only go if absolutely have to, did a click and collect yesterday, didn't have time to check before I left, got home and my product was damaged, so had to go back again today to exchange and the whole experience was just painful and time consuming. Really do not rate the staff here at all

Terrible self print set up. Computers take an hour to load the camera roll on my phone. Waste of time and energy. Photos didnt even print after waiting another 30 minutes. Staff are nice but if you’re going to replace them with computers at least make sure the ram and memory CPU are fast.

Went in to buy a stand up desk. Downstairs staff where desk was were all busy, went upstairs and asked Jeremy for help. He located stock, picked out newest box and carried 20kg box upstairs to my trolley. Offered to bring it out to my car too.. Aimee at checkout was extremely patient & helpful with transacting my 4 x gift cards to pay for it. Great, efficient helpful service!👍

Photo printer machine never print receipt out. Have to go to counter ask staffs print receipt to get barcode. In others officeworks store 10 minutes things, in here always need 40mins.

Chose Officeworks to print gift cards we planned to distribute for a Christmas event because in their words "At Officeworks, we understand how important it is that you get your printed products on time. To help you plan, we’ve set out the time frames below to let you know when you can reliably expect your Print & Copy orders to arrive." Stated pick up time was 4-5 days and I made sure there was a week extra to be safe. Of course they didn't arrive on time and now three weeks on no one can tell me when they'll be ready. The "online tracking" is never updated except to add another week to deliver dates. I had to print out dodgy unprofessional cards at home for our event .Still, not as unprofessional as Officeworks and their staff that really don't care and are dismissive.

I had a problem getting a refund for a phone I bought from Doncaster Officeworks. The phone turned out bigger & heavier than I expected. When I brought it back to the store a second time & spoke to the person I asked originally for a small Android because I have a shoulder injury the refund was sorted out.

Poor service Tried to buy a computer was not allowed to look at it in the box or even hold box for a second to check weight and then told I had to buy sight unseen but this particular product was not returnable even if I didn’t like what I eventually opened and saw Makes sense of that

Don’t recommend coming here to have your passport photos taken, staff was explaining how inexperienced and ‘not printing trained’ she is and being ‘just came back from holiday’..? instead of looking for other staff to help. Kept saying the machine is new and hence not accepting the photos and not printing? I do appreciate the staff’s effort of taking more than 10 photos sadly none of them can be printed. I spent 40 mins there for nothing. I don’t think you should list this as one of your services when you can’t actually provide the service and have people come in to waste their time.

Accessibility review: - There are a few accessible parking spaces, and the entrance is wide and level with cut curbs and automatic doors. - The main shop is on one level, but the printing area is downstairs. There is a wheelchair lift on the stairs, although I have never used it so cannot guarantee if it works and is safe. - There is one able bod toilet and one wheelchair accessible bathroom that is kept unlocked. - The staff often place boxes on the floor making some of the aisles impossible to get through in a wheelchair.

Staff didn't seem to want to assist me, as a potential customer, standing in the electronics section. No greeting was received, and I almost had to chase them to ask if I could buy an item! Went to Harvey Norman instead, got served very promptly, and ended up buying a tablet and a smartwatch from Harvey Nunawading instead!

No one available to help and provide service, asked many times no one showed up. They just stick to their cashier stations, didn’t seem to care, no customer service.

Long queues to print, staff chatting amongst themselves under the guise of waiting to print. All look to be in their teens with no manager on site and no one really caring the lines are getting longer and people waiting to be served.

I had a very good experience with one of their staff. He really helped me by giving me information about a fitbit watch and fitbit scale I had never had anyone clear my mind about a product before so sad I do not remember his name but he was so kind.

Could not give higher praise to the customer service at the printing department. Had lots of issues with equipment printing large A0 borderless posters, but the staff was extremely helpful and patient and helped me resolve all issues.

I bought a keyboard mouse set in January. The mouse isn't great, it usually takes 5-6 times for each click, I had been putting up with it for more than five months and really couldn't stand it any longer, so I called the Doncaster shop this morning, Zac was very friendly, he advised me to bring it in for them to have a look and refund me. Annalise and Anthony helped me with the refund after listening to my experience even though the purchase was five months ago. I bought a new set of keyboard and mouse, being able to type and click so smoothly, it really made me feel happy, and thought of writing to thank the guys at Officeworks Doncaster, thank you for your help today, great service!
