The service here was great, they have some great prices and even better food. I went here with my kids and we ordered about $50 of food. The shirley temple was sweet but I liked it and the food was some of the best Chinese food I had in ages. The staff were also super friendly with constant attention and some talk. 5/5 stars would come again

I’ll share as little opinion as possible and let you decide. I called in my order after viewing their menu and photos online as it looked like a decent option and I’m from out of town. I pulled in and there were no cars in the parking lot but the door was wide open. I walked in and there were no customers or employees to be seen. A small child walked out of the kitchen with my bag of food. I do have to say, the eleven year old employee that processed my payment and gave me my food was very professional for an elementary schooler. To be honest, an 11 year old as the face of your business and only employee to be found is not a good look. I paid and brought my food back to where I was staying. My sushi was loose, mushy, gray and lukewarm. The taste was worse than grocery store sushi, and comparable to what I imagine you’d get at an airport in the midwest. I can’t help but wonder if the kid made my sushi…

Ordered delivery from here. In my 46 years, I have never posted anything, good or bad on the internet. This food was so atrociously bad that I felt an obligation. Ordered a noodle soup and a large order of fried rice. My son and I each ate a couple of bites and immediately agreed to throw them both away. We never/hate throwing food away but there is no doubt that this food was at risk of contamination. Even the complimentary fried wanton strips were mushy stale. There is a zero chance that these two items were exceptions. Beware. And shame on you Koi Asian cuisine.

We got our food delivered so I don't know what it is like inside, but based on the food quality I will not be ordering from here again unless it's just Gyoza. So The gyoza was good. Crab Rangoon were actually not bad either. The main entrees were shredded beef szechuan with veggies. And other main dish was sesame chicken. The chicken dish also comes with a free soup. And both dishes came with "fried rice". Soo, aside from apps we ordered everything else was inedible. The beef was chewy and had tasted like salt water. My sesame chicken tasted like fish and some pieces were somehow still pink. And the soup was waaaay too salty. And lastly the fried rice somehow had no seasoning and clearly came canned veggies. All in all it was horrible. I don't have faith their other items somehow taste better so don't eat here

Uncertain what to say. The food was OK. I guess I expected a more formal dining, then the "mom & pop" way it operated. The soup was lukewarm. I don't eat soup in the summer, so I actually appreciated it cool. Having a child take my payment wasn't something I expected to see. He did a lovely job.

Service and atmosphere aren't applicable to my review as we got this abomination as delivery. There were four dishes ordered but only the gyoza was average. Everything else was terrible and will be getting their own paragraphs. First is the wonton soup. The broth was basically salt water and grease with tiny chunks of green onions. It was the second most disgusting part of the meal behind the szechuan beef. The dumpling in it was so salty and gross that it clearly must have been sitting in the stock all day. The sesame chicken was in a non descript brown sauce that tasted like seafood water. The chicken was undercooked and pink in the middle. The sesame seeds were somehow both raw and overcooked to be hard as rocks. My wife thinks it tasted like fish. Third and finally we have a double whammy. The szechuan beef was made out of some sort of chipped beef that tasted like ocean water but less salty. The szechuan sauce had no spice and was basically the same sea water brown sauce as the sesame chicken. Finally for the double whammy of the combo dishes, the "fried rice". It's white rice that may have been vaguely cooked in a skillet. There was no flavor. And the vegetables that were in it clearly came from a can. No eggs at all, no protein to speak of to enhance the flavors.

Family run business. Received ample amount of food with generous shrimp portions. A bit too much mystery dark brown sauce. Big menu with lot of choice of various Asian cuisine.

I have enjoyed Koi for 8 years. Excellent food and service. They are local, fair price and portion size.

The sushi was pretty mid grade and they sure use a lot of rice to save money on overhead. Not impressed with the sashimi either as I wasn’t expecting mid quality fish at my expense.

Best sushi I’ve ever had, tonight we tried a couple things off their menu and just was very impressed. The customer service was so welcoming and positive. Great place and would definitely recommend. 😌

Walked in while visiting my parents in OOB during off-season. It was quiet inside but the service was phenomenal. I'm vegan and they were very accommodating! Will definitely be back next time I'm in town.

The family and I love Koi! Koirala is friendly, family owned, and the food is always fantastic. We go during happy hour for great drink specials. My son loved the James Bond roll!

My Asian food of choice is Chinese, and Koi is my go-to place. Great food, friendly hosts and a warming environment, and, if you're nearby, fast FREE delivery. Online ordering is a great bonus.
