Not impressed in the slightest about being asked to come inside to pick up my mobile order because it wasn’t ready yet. How is it that customers that haven’t ordered yet in the drive thru take priority over something ordered ahead of time? Last time I’ll come here which is a shame because most of the employees there are great. Whoever was working drive thru this morning, not so much.

I have visited the store for the entirety of it's existence but they lost a customer today. I've overlooked many longer than expected wait times for mobile orders because I know many places are short-handed. However I went in today during a slower time for coffee drinkers. 1:00 in the afternoon. I went to order at the counter and there were two ladies in front of me being served first. Well I was standing there there were many employees not doing any work related activities that I could see. It took about 7 or 8 minutes for the ladies to be served and then it was my turn however the girl working went to join in some joking and laughing with other coworkers instead of taking my order, so I left. That's it for me. I will be going to other stores for coffee from now on.

Staff is wonderful. Service excellent. Best coffee all around. Food also top notch. Very comfortable coffee spot!

Staff was very friendly and the coffee was decent. There was a bit of a wait due to volume of orders but there was a comfortable area to wait with a couch and chairs and the staff was very efficient getting the orders filled.

The woman at the drive thru window on 6/11 at 11:40am was so kind and helpful, something that is truly rare to come by in customer service positions (and in general) these days. She saw my pup in the passenger seat, offered a pup cup, napkins to go with and even asked if I wanted straws for my drinks. I feel silly writing this but it's the little things that go a long way. She is a superstar worker who is attentive and deserves the recognition!

Best Starbucks in South Portland. The team is always on time, efficient and friendly. Exceptional service every single time, and they go above and beyond. Comfortable dining room and I always see happy customers. I can tell this place has good management.

It's Starbucks. You know it. You love it or hate it. What I say won't change that. For what little it's worth, I have had mostly positive experiences at Starbucks, thanks to pretty decent coffee. That said, it's overpriced, the menu is kinda confusing if you aren't used to it, the baristas and most customers speak a shared secret language, and so on. It's a good place to get coffee when you need a caffeine pickmeup.

I wish managers would actually teach the employees how to make the drinks here !!!! Not sure how they can screw a drink up everytime I order one .. I shouldn’t have to drive to another Starbucks to get my drink made right !!! It’s pretty basic
