Was in the area recently and wanted to visit this business, however, they weren't not open on the days I was free. Will try their services on my next visit. I know I will return soon as I love the Wells and Maine Coast Area.

I had to wait a few minutes but that was okay, because I knew this was going to be a great experience. My hairstylist Lauren listened to what I want, offered some suggestions, and we agreed upon a plan. She was nice, kept a good conversation going (I’m not one who likes to talk much, but she recognized that), she told me exactly how long it would take and kept me informed constantly. I was relaxed and she gave me exactly what I wanted. I feel younger and look prettier because of Naviina.

My husband and I have been on the road for approximately 6 months. We are attending a wedding and happened to be in Wells Maine. Prior to the wedding I needed a foil /hair color and cut. I chose Naviina Salon in Wells due to the informative website and location to the place we were staying in Wells. I was given an appointment with Laura on June 12 at 9:00 am. When I got to the salon it was beautiful and was promptly taken to my seat and chatted with Laura prior to her beginning my Color and cut. I was so absolutely delighted with Laura!!!! She is young, adorable and has the sweetest personality!! She kept our conversation going and was so fun to talk with. My hair is just beautiful!!! Both the color and cut are exactly what I was hoping for and she even treated me to a lovely scalp and hand massage for free. I so enjoyed my appointment and recommend Laura at Naviina Salon to anyone looking for the latest style and a beautiful color!!!

Very excited have found a salon in my new town! Everyone was extremely friendly, prices were very reasonable, and can't beat the location.

I reached out to Naviina regarding hair and makeup services for my wedding next summer, and at first Nick from the weddings team was helpful and explained the process on how a bride can hold their date. Quickly, a seemingly clear process turned blurry when he explained policies that are completely different from their services menu. Firstly, their site says it’s $1.50 per mile, per stylist for traveling to weddings- which sounded completely fair. Nick then just subjectively said over email that it’s $30 per stylist to travel to the venue (seemingly making it up) considering my venue is literally a 20 minute drive from their salon location. I still considered going with them, just assuming their travel prices increased, but it gets better. Nick tells me they require a 20% gratuity, paid in advance, along with a 50% deposit for services to be provided, in order to book my wedding date. I’m sorry, but in what world has anyone willingly conceded to paying a 20% tip before a service is performed? I questioned that via email, asking why clients are required to pay a tip in advance, as that feels confusing to me and makes me believe that their stylists wouldn’t be incentivized to do an exceptional job on my wedding services if they’re paid a tip in advance. I respectfully told Nick I’m happy I sign the contract if they take out that requirement that I have to pay a gratuity in advance. I figured they’d still want my business, but instead Nick just answers me saying they “unfortunately” are no longer available on my date requested, as a large wedding contract came in earlier this week. You decide, was it because I spoke up about an unreasonable contract term? Or did they really have another wedding for my exact date come in. Who knows. I felt like I was undermined and passed over for what I believe to be a very reasonable concern, raised respectfully. I would steer clear of this place for this reason alone, clearly looking for a money grab because they can.

First and foremost, I have NEVER written a review. So, to get me to actually go to this length says a lot … WORST customer service ever! Had a lash appointment during work hours and was expecting an important email. I asked Kendra if it would be okay to check my phone during it and she said “yes but let me know before opening your eyes” . A week later my lashes had almost all fallen out. I sent an email to the salon asking for help before moving forward with my fill appointment. Never heard anything back. I called the day before to speak with Kendra but was unable to so I canceled my appointment. Finally get in touch with her and she blames me for not following up on my email sooner or “giving her the chance to correct my lashes” by going to my fill appointment. Now, why would I come in again if I had not heard from you after emailing and calling saying I wasn’t satisfied the first time? They did nothing to contact me until after I didn’t come to the appointment I canceled the day before. Then she proceeded to tell me that opening my eyes messed with the curing process. Now a professional would have told me it would mess with the procedure when I asked. She didn’t say anything above her blaring explicit music. When we finally connected , I got blamed for the whole thing … “sweetie” (as she condescendingly called me) I have been worked in hospitality for 15+ year and other organizations focused on customer service. The tonality and nature of attack on me was the most unprofessional experience I have EVER had.

Always a wonderful experience and excellent service. Moved here from CT and am thrilled to have found such a great salon. Amy Z does a fabulous job with my hair - cut, color - perfection. Never rushed, prompt service and takes the time to lay out 'what we are going to do'. The staff is friendly and helpful - prices are on target. Highly recommend.

Nick was FANTASTIC! He did such a great job and was so fun to chat with while getting my eyebrows waxed. In the future whenever I am in Wells again I will always come see him!!! Terrific experience!
