Super nice care givers! Quick service, great providers, but they take it a step further. We were prescribed meds that were a little expensive, even with insurance. When you leave there, they have coupon codes on your paperwork to lower the cost! It goes right to the pharmacy and they saved us over $150 this way!

Walked in and was greeted warmly. I was instructed to start the check in process at the Kiosk’s that were clean and very easy to use. Once I got through the checking process, within a few minutes I was whisked into an exam room where they took my vitals and within minutes of that was seeing a caregiver who examined me, ordered some bloodwork, which was drawn within a few minutes, and after talking with the caregiver I was on my way. It was an excellent experience and I am on my way to feeling much better!

I was welcomed at the door and I signed in as requested. Amanda took me to her office for some routine tests. Two Specialists did further tests. Very professional and very knowledgeable. I was pleased with the way I was treated. Giving York Hospital a 5 Star review. !!!

I had an index finger laceration that required 4 stitches and went to the York Walk In Care. I checked in with the receptionist and she was very helpful. My wait to be seen wasn't long, as it wasn't too busy. The nurse that took my vitals was attentive and made me feel comfortable before I saw the physician assistant for treatment. Amelia, the physician assistant was very kind and knowledgeable and very professional and calming. She told me everything involved in the stitching my finger and gave both verbal information and written instructions regarding the wound care. I would definitely recommend York Walk In Care if you or a family member need non-emergency medical care.

My visit today at York Walk In clinic was amazing despite having a sprained ankle. From the gentleman who greeted me at the door, the receptionist at the front desk, Anika who checked me in, Amelia Connell, P.A. Who evaluated me and Melissa who took my X-rays, I had a fantastic visit! I’d recommend York Hospital for all your care and needs. Caring, clean, friendly!

The PA who took care of me, was nothing shy of wonderful. A combination of professionalism and a warm human approach. She was very knowledgeable, and spoke in a language that I could understand. She had a very appropriate and disarming sense of humor. She examplified what Drs should be like.

Our daughter had a sudden and severe migraine attack that needed immediate care. The staff at the urgent care clinic were INCREDIBLE especially given the fact that we are only here on vacation. Their utter kindness along with the high level of acute care kept us from needing a visit to the ER and had her on her way to a full recovery within the hour, despite the fact that it was already busy as soon as they opened. I can not thank them enough for saving my daughters vacation.

Our daughter became ill on our vacation and from the second we walked in everyone was great. The nurse and physician was very caring with our daughter. We were in and out and ran all the tests needed. Highly impressed with this urgent care.

Went to the walk in clinic of York hospital with my daughter and the care was great. Not only fast, but they took the time to show my daughter the O2 sensor and thermometer before using it to lessen her fear which helped! The nurse also went to another room and got her a rubber duck to cheer her up. I appreciated all the small things that were done to make it easier for her.

The York Hospital Urgent Care/Outpatient is outstanding performing the services that cover. If you make an appointment you are seen right on schedule, Nurses are very knowledgable, patient, and kind. Today I saw Heather Layfield PA-C and was very impressed with her knowledge of my problem, quick to offer solutions. did a general health check, and prescribed medication. She was exceptionally patient, did not rush me and listened to my answers to her question. I was to say the least very impressed with her. Extremely nice person. The lady at reception greets you with a smile and has no problem have a conversation with you. She makes you feel welcome and that the people working there care for their patients. I would go back without any question for any future problem that I may have.

Everyone was kind, thorough and worked as quickly as possible. I am so grateful for their care, testing and diagnosis. PA Lessard was wonderful and said call if I had questions at home and she was great when I called.

I had an excellent experience at the York walk-in. Laura was pleasant and efficient with registration. Annika was thorough in triaging me and asking appropriate questions, Rhonda was kind and compassionate while taking X-rays, and Sam, the PA was thorough and clearly explained what was found from her evaluation of my shortness of breath. I’m very happy with the care I received

Visit was great! Not a long wait period! Nicole Lessard was great! She was very nice! She was very attentive and listened to my need! She made great recommendations and prescribed medication and how to Use it!

After the sit in the waiting room.... it was fast and helpful. The inquiry into what you'd like tested... the recommendations... all felt non-invasive to the point of friendly. Annikah was delightful and I learned I had pneumonia. They sent my script to hannahford... and I was off. Also. Look for their text before you pay your pharmacy bill. I missed it and there were coupons. Happy to have gone here for the road to recovery.

I was very pleased with how quickly I was able to be seen. The only problem that I had was the receptionist was not very courteous to me as I was attempting to ask a simple question, she was abrupt to me, because she thought I wanted an immediate answer, I emphasized that I didn’t expect immediate attention.. She sounded “overwhelmed” because other patients started coming The waiting room was not busy at all, it was during lunchtime. Unfortunately, this seems to be a pattern whenever I visit medical offices.
