They know next to nothing about the hermes parcel return service they offer. It's a bit sad when the customer knows how to use the equipment better than the supposedly trained employees do. Paying customers have to wait in line until all the elderly has paid their bills which they could do at the post office 20 meters down the road. Absolutely appalling.

Small but has a great selection. Staff are always friendly. Prices are a little steep on some things. Cashpoint outside too.
