My
diamond
engagement
ring
and
wedding
band
is
through
them.
After
a
few
months
of
wearing
the
ring,
I
told
them
my
diamond
was
loose,
the
big
2
carat
diamond.
They
tightened
the
ring
no
problem,
a
month
later
my
diamond
fell
out
because
it
was
loose
once
again,
thankfully
I
found
them
diamond
after
searching
my
house
for
an
hour.
I
brought
it
to
them
visibly
upset
as
I
was
just
In
about
this
problem.
The
had
zero
documentation
that
they
tightened
the
prongs..
concerning.
about
2-3
months
later
after
Jared
messed
with
my
prongs,
my
big
diamond
fell
out
again!!!
I
have
owned
this
ring
for
less
than
7
months...
It
has
been
in
twice
with
this
problem
and
once
again
I
found
them
diamond
for
them
and
brought
it
to
them.
This
time
they
are
not
fixing
it
for
free
and
charing
$400+
because
they
are
saying
it
is
my
fault.
They
tell
me
I
should
not
wear
this
ring
when
sleeping,
dishes,
showering
etc...
okay
fine
(do
not
know
when
I
am
suppose
to
wear
my
ring??)
but
they
never
disclosed
this
information
to
my
husband
at
the
time
of
purchase
warning
him
this
was
an
extremely
delicate
ring
with
zero
integrity
as
they
are
describing
it
to
me.
I
am
not
convinced
that
this
was
not
jared
wrong
doing
the
last
time
they
had
my
ring
to
fix
it...
they
refuse
to
work
with
on
price
or
anything
at
all.
Their
customer
service
is
extremely
terrible,
heartless,
and
unethical.
They
have
had
my
ring
in
their
hands
more
than
I
have
had
it
in
mine.
Extremely
sad
and
disappointed
they
are
not
willing
to
work
with
us
on
this
or
budge
at
all.
When
a
person
pays
a
high
amount
for
a
ring,
it
would
suspect
it
would
have
some
integrity
and
value
to
the
craftsmanship
but
that
is
not
the
case.
