Great Employees, a bunch of variety of stuff, and we didn’t have to wait for a line to get in and that’s good enough for me.

Hands down the best Bath and Body Works I've ever been to! The associates were kind, helpful, not pushy, and so friendly. The store has a great selection and was spotless. I can't overstate how great this particular store is! Next time I'm over that way, I'll definitely be stopping!

The management here is rude and non customer service driven. I once asked about a price increase on hand soaps and got lectured how I shouldn’t mind paying 8 dollars for a hand soap because the products put into it are really good. And then mentioned I’ll wait till they go on their $2.95 sale and the lady got a super attitude with me telling me they’d never be that cheap on sale again. Well here we are and they are in their $2.95 sale. Watch who you hire please. You shouldn’t hire customer service sales people who are rude and inconsiderate of how they talk to people.

Have shopped off and on at this location for years and always found their customer service terrible. They don’t seem to know enough about the products and they are lacking in staff as well. I’m now shopping online and have them delivered.

So many good deals in here. I'm ruined by their kitchen and bath soaps- I'll never go back. Smell it all. 😍

Never open on Time the past 3 times i came to this location an hour after they say their open and never open !!! Cashiers are always rude, and the help is too busy chatting with each other to even think about answering questions unless the older woman is working. She's the only good thing in the store !!! Ordering online is 💯 better, and the online customer service is phenomenal !!! I also receive my products sealed when ordering online !!! This is unfortunately why the internet is taking over Retail Sales 😕 😒
