Ignorant and rude staff. Somehow my job that is constantly very fast paced and high chaos understands better that sometimes people get stuck in traffic and can't be right at the door right on time. Also, by the time they get your through their terrible screening process, you have to try to understand people from behind masks that can't speak english properly. Very frustrating when dealing with a health crisis. I thought doctors office's were supposed to care about their patients? At the very least, have the human decency to not be rude. Oh and to top it off, they'll turn you away when the office is completely EMPTY. I genuinely don't understand how a practice like this is able to stay open.

Update: Coming here is now a lot like a one night stand. They say they will call you but they never do. 1 year ago: Always had a great experience here and my new Dr. is awesome. Thank you Dr. Dangh! I should mention I have had very little luck with Dr's in the past as they generally have poor bedside manners and are often cold. However they have a 2 day call back line where you can leave a message and they will call you back within 2 days, Well the voicemail box is full. I did mention that when I did get a hold of them and they stated that they would take care of it right away.

Constant change in providers and it falls onto the patients. At one time this was a great place to go but not anymore. Even though I have been with this office for more than 10 years I've had more new patient appointments then regular ones. Everytime I call I don't have a doctor anymore and they won't help me without a new patient appointment. More money for them time wasted for me and my health. I am not a new patient they are the one who can't keep doctors why do I have to pay the price? Time to find an office that actually cares for their patients and actually knows them and wants them to be healthy.

I contacted Auburn Medical Associates to discuss some health concerns, but my experience was quite disappointing. When I called, I was greeted by a staff member who displayed a rude and unprofessional attitude towards me. I had an in-home nurse present during this call, and even she was taken aback by the staff member's behavior. Upon initially contacting the practice, I politely requested to speak with a nurse, but the staff member responded in a confrontational manner, claiming she was a nurse and asking, "What?" She did not inquire about my name or date of birth. Despite this, I tried to share my medical information, and she eventually asked for my date of birth in a condescending tone. To make matters worse, she essentially dismissed the importance of my medical concerns. I was genuinely appalled by the level of disrespect I encountered during this interaction. Regrettably, this is not the first time I've had such an unpleasant experience with hospital staff. I strongly advise against transferring to or seeking care at this practice.

This place is a joke. No staff. No one answers the phone. Wait in waiting room forever. Your lucky to see an actual doctor and if you ask to see an actual doctor your treated like that is an unusual request. It takes them forever to fill a prescription. I just called to check again and was told they are downstaffing that office. The nurse practitioner I had to deal with told me my new prescription had the same side effects as my previous one. She was wrong, it has significantly more side effects. I guess she needs to practice more.Unbelievable. Don't go here if you health is important to you.

Lisa Boucher is amazing. I’m new to St. Marys healthcare and she has gone above and beyond to listen to my health concerns and order all the testing I’ve requested. The receptionists are wonderful too, always promptly scheduling my next appointment and have even let me use their personal reception phone to call imaging and have MRIs scheduled without waiting for a call from the imaging center. First class service. Thank you!
