Elevation runs like a well oiled machine. Their technology for scheduling, and thoughtful reminders via email always keep me informed. When you go in for your first appointment, you are warmly greeted by the Office Manager, she gives you a tablet to let your Physical Therapist have record of your conditions. They keep electronic updates of your progress. My therapist, Tim, is the best. He has helped my condition so much. Here is my favorite part. They keep your credit card on file so you do not have to take it out at every appointment. If you need physical therapy, this is the place to go.

I am so grateful to have Elevate Physical Therapy, especially Stacey, on my health team. She is so smart about being preventative so my symptoms don't get severe. The facility is warm, inviting, and filled with friendly, knowledgeable folks, including office staff. If you're looking for a physical therapist to work with you around any physical challenge, I highly recommend Elevate.

Elevate PT was wonderful! I really appreciated how attentive they were and how collaborative the office is. I worked with Stacey and she was WONDERFUL! She always asked the right questions and always made sure to address my concerns. Stacey made my first PT experience amazing, I always looked forward to going in. All the staff at Elevate is approachable and kind, you feel welcomed the second you step foot into the office. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I WOULD!!!

This Physical Therapy office is exceptional! I had an amazing experience with everyone involved in my visits. Stacey was incredibly helpful; I am so grateful for her dedication and knowledge. I also had fun which I didn't expect but appreciated :). Great culture!

I came to elevate with a 3-month old shoulder injury, and I was blessed to be under the care of Stacey, and at times Tim. The kindness and expertise they both provided were very encouraging to me as I was worried my shoulder wouldn’t improve. Stacey, as my main therapist, continually assessed where my strength and flexibility still needed improvement and changed therapies to account for that. I will warn you, she may say “I have a fun game for you today” and it is neither fun, nor a game, but it is always helpful! My shoulder is almost fully recovered after 2 months of therapy. I can’t recommend Elevate, Stacey, and Tim highly enough! I will be going back when my next injury demands PT :)

All the PT professionals are professional and knowledgeable. Cindy is a wonderful addition as well. I have had the opportunity to work with Stacey and she is so personable and I feel she has also involved me in the decision making along the way to healing. The exercises provided also help with the manipulative techniques used. I highly recommend all of the PT providers!!!!

So fortunate to have found Elevate PT. Everyone from the receptionist to the 4 therapists is wonderful! I’ve had 2 therapists & have found them to be skilled, knowledgeable, empathetic, thorough in treatment, & friendly. The facility has plenty of equipment to use as well. Highly, highly recommend them!

Not only are they knowledgeable, but they take the time to listen so they can employ the best plan for recovery for their patients. Stacey has primarily worked with me, and she is fantastic!
