I had the absolute pleasure of having my first bikini wax in 10 years (I had a previous bad experience) with Heidi. She knew I was apprehensive and it could not have been a more pleasant appointment. She made me feel SO comfortable, it was much more pleasant than I anticipated and the results were perfect. I feel vacation ready and I’m now officially a convert again! Plus my lash lift is perfect. Don’t snooze on the ladies of BARE; you will not be disappointed.

A great place! I had meant to go to Bare Waxing in Portsmouth only a few times before the new European Wax Center opened up in Newington. (I used to go to EWC when I lived in NYC.) But during that time, I realized just how special Bare is and now I won't switch! The Portsmouth location is really tidy, and they use many organic/natural products that also smell wonderful. The staff is so nice — they're kind, efficient, and good at keeping the space a judgement-free zone. Heidi is awesome — she's very chill and she does such amazing brow-work! Highly recommend if you're looking for a local waxing studio with heart :)

I went to Bare for the first time this week and was so impressed with Amelle! She waxed my eyebrows & gave me my first lash lift/tint. The results are amazing! Amelle has the perfect blend of being personable and allowing you to relax & enjoy the treatments. Her work was flawless and she was so knowledgable and kind. Will be back!

I had a wonderful experience! Hannah made me feel so comfortable with my first wax I've ever had. The ambiance was relaxing and soothing and I loved the products they use. I will definitely be back to see Hannah again!
