The place is warm, asthetic and placed at a great location. The staff is very helpful and thoughtful. The jacuzzi in the room is well placed in the river facing room and was extremely relaxing after a long day in snow. The breakfast in the morning is also delicious and well organized. Like how it’s close to this good local restaurants too!

We had the opportunity last week to spend a night at the Inn at Ellis River. It was so enjoyable. Loved the character of the Inn and the history. The room had everything we needed, a very comfortable bed, space for suitcases, and hot showers with nice big towels. The breakfast was truly special, and we enjoyed visiting with other guests in the common area after returning from dinner. You can't get an experience like this staying at a chain hotel. I will definitely include it in my travel plans the next time I am in the northeast.
