Our stay was great. The room was spacious and we loved the full kitchen. We also loved the quietness of the hotel. The only downside was there was no bathtub. I chose our room because in the pictures and the description it said bathtub. I was a little disappointed that we only had a shower. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!! We loved the location. Close to everything!!

Stayed in room 209 for the Macklemore concert. Just a heads up…we were awoken at 6:35 a.m. to the loud sound of concrete trucks and construction directly outside our window. Not one single word was mentioned to us prior to our booking. I get it, it’s Boston on a Friday morning. But how cheap of the Marriot to not mention this beforehand…we could have booked elsewhere. Feel it was very deceptive. Just a heads up to others booking!

Love this hotel - the one bedroom suites give you the best combo of space, kitchenette and cost of any hotel in Boston. Super convenient to the Longwood Medical area, contemporary vibe and friendly staff. Full breakfast included, and a rooftop terrace for city viewing with a cocktail. No restaurants on site, but the area has many wonderful choices. Pet friendly! Will definitely return.

Stayed there for 1 week, June 1 to June 8. The customer service was excellent, from reception staff to housekeeping and maintenance. The room was generally clean, with adequate space, plenty of hot water, and helpful amenities. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was very good. The free breakfast was decent. The location was excellent (close to Fenway, lots of restraunts and convenient for shopping). The only problem was ongoing construction on the adjacent property with the use of heavy equipment, which was loud and annoying during the day, starting early. For a popular tourist destination, the room was a good value. I would definitely stay at this location again, contingent on room location. Positive experience for us.

I am a platinum member, and received an email from Natasha after I checked out asking if I needed anything. I responded with a question about my bill, and it's been a week and I haven't heard back and had to call the hotel. The room was great, but I wish I was never sent an email if it would not be followed up on.

Nice residence hotel we have everything in our room fridge stove toaster, keurig, plates, bowl, utensils, dishwasher. Quiet room hardly hear noise from the hallway. The only cons its a bit pricey and 65$ a night for parking but i guess its ok for the safety and comfort plus close by to a lot of restaurants even Target. Fenway Park, MGM Music Hall and Blue etc..

I work at a nearby university so I'll have guests stay here when they visit. It's located near done good restaurants and not far from our campus. Whenever I've worked with the team there, they are always amazing - friendly, helpful, and fun! I'd suggest staying here the next time you visit Boston!

Excellent location especially if you are going to Fenway. Rooms are ok and pricey. The management doesn’t understand what a king bed is and the construction is annoying and can’t believe after paying so much a night they still put gets in those rooms with horrible view and noise. We got charged for valet parking and didn’t even have a car. We only ate breakfast there one morning and the staff was helpful. The roof top bar had a nice view but nothing like the pictures on the website plus there are way more bars and restaurants that are better just outside the hotel. I wouldn’t stay here again. Would find another hotel close to Fenway if we came back for a game.

Stayed here for a long weekend and it was perfect! The pull out couch was surprisingly comfortable and the room was spacious with natural sunlight. Great location right by Fenway Park and the “T” train which was so convenient. There was some construction going on but overall, the service was amazing!

Major construction directly next door 7am-5pm daily. No mention prior to booking, though they did have a big red note on the welcome letter once my reservation was too close and non-refundable. Was able to find parking on Spothero app nearby for half the cost of valet at the hotel.

We stayed here in February, so perhaps missed the positive things about this location. It seemed lonely and out of the way in the winter. Rooms were clean, pool was MEH, breakfast staff was insanely rude and slammed the door in our face at 10:01 a.m. Most incredibly, parking at this place is $65/night with few local alternatives. STEER CLEAR!

I had my wedding guests stay here and they all loved it. Makayla at the front desk is the best! The whole staff went out of their way to make us feel special and have a great time. The rooms were clean and nice. The location is awesome - easily walkable, right near Fenway, an easy hop onto the green, orange or purple lines.

Fantastic stay. Wasn't sure with construction. Couldn't hear anything, but this might be because we were in the 8th floor. Room was very clean. The kitchen unit charming, updated. I did find a contact on the floor by the bed so that was kinda gross. You cannot beat the breakfast bar! So many options -hot breakfast, yogurt bar, waffles bars, cereals, toasting options, and fruit. Tons of coffee selection. Staff was very nice.

Great location!! Easy access to everything!! Directly across from Fenway, great restaurants, and Target. 5 min or less walk to Kenmore Square train station to explore Boston. Valet parking $60/day with unlimited in and out privileges, not bad for the city. $20 just half block up, no in and out privileges. Depends on your plans. The rooms are large with kitchenettes, stocked with all the equipment you need for a simple meal. Very clean, 2nd floor where we stayed is newly renovated. Guest laundry on eighth floor. Comfy bed, extra pillows and blanket in closet. Small pool and rooftop bar, limited hours during the winter 5-10pm. Great complimentary breakfast, don't miss it! 7-10am. Self serve buffet with an attendant. Eggs, 2 waffle irons, muffins, bagels, pastry, hot and cold cereal. All the expected beverages. Excellent customer service all around.

Partnered with both Kevin and Michael on reserving room blocks for my wedding later this year. Not only were they very quick and detailed in their response, they even took the time to show me the property, walk through the common areas and let me view a suite! I cannot say enough great things about this team. I know our guests are going to be well taken care of.

The service as always exceeds expectations. The rooms are clean and it’s a terrific location. It’s a little pricey but worth it. The front desk people know the area and give great recommendations on where to eat and what to see.

Marquis was exceptional! He was very knowledgeable about the area and very helpful making sure we had everything we needed to feel welcomed. The room, amenities and customer service was great too. We will be back, thank you Marquis for a great stay and smile!

Overall this was a decent hotel and is literally just steps to Fenway. There’s lots of amenities like a laundry room, rooftop pool, rooftop bar and lounge area, and a workout room. The room I had was also fairly nice and it had a full kitchen. I had one or two small issues with the door, the shower, and the lights, but it was all pretty minor and didn’t affect me too much. The one thing I didn’t care for was the noise; the doors are really heavy and you can hear them shutting in the hallway which was annoying.

In general, this is a nice place to stay near Fenway. Lots of activity and has a nice vibe. The rooftop bar has a great view. Rooms were clean and appointed nicely. I would stay here again if in the area or if going to a game.

We love this place. It’s a great place to stay during the Red Sox season or if you need easy access to the Longwood Medical area. The front desk staff, valet, and housekeeping are all so generous and kind. We love Ny who bartends at the terrace bar. I highly recommend staying here.

Extremely close to Fenway Park. Was able to leave luggage prior to the room being available. Very nice staff! Breakfast had a wide variety of food and all was complimentary.

Perfect for what we needed, college tour with daughter. Great location to public transportation or just walking to places. Perfectly fine breakfast that you may take up to your room.

Great location. Standard residence inn rooms, which are great for the city. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Unfortunately, a significant lack of attention to detail. Engineering ignored my do not disturb on Monday. On Tuesday the internet was down. On Wednesday it was 94 degrees in the gym. On Friday, there were no towels at the pool. On Saturday, there were no towels in the gym. This stuff should be automatic.

Reasonably priced. Wonderful to have a kitchen and a target across the street with a Starbucks. Hubby was a bit disappointed with breakfast options. Only reason for 4 stars is because there were a few things in our room (203) that weren't 100%: toilet paper holder is loose so TP fell into trash can or In floor. Living room black out curtains didn't close & towel rack on outside of shower glass came off.

Awesome, all the way around from booking to checking out it was fantastic. It is hard to find helpful folks working at a national chain that can be automated and this place was great. Super comfortable beds, great bathrooms and awesome staff. The only place I will stay when going into town for the red Sox or a concert from now on.

First time there, very professional staff, good breakfast and clean. Only downside was we booked the room to see the Sox in game 6 of the world series which unfortunately didn't happen. Always next year!
