When we walked in behind another couple the hostes tried to sit me at their tabel with a child's menu. I said I wasn't with them. Then my husband say 2. She walked us to table and we sat there for over 10 minutes with noobe to ask us for drinks bring us water or nothing. But the staff sure did talk amongst them selfs in a corner, so we got up and walked away. Don't ever judge a book by its cover!

Better than yummy house and tin tin but not wok n roll. Wok n roll is the best in regards to taste.

We loved our waitress !! The food was very good, hot, tasty.. decent amount for the money.. scorpion bowls were tasty and strong.. We will be back... Waitress made our night even better..

I understand that it is Christmas and they are busy from people who don’t want to cook, but when the waitress literally only takes drink orders for half the table then just disappears? Not exactly a place to go if you want good service.

Gross food

This used to be the best Chinese in town by far. Now, not so much. Ordered tonight & got food that looked and tasted to be a day old. The brown sauce tasted like canned gravy and needless to say I would t feed it to my dog. We were able to call and get our money back after returning the food so that was a plus. Will never order here again Koi is much better.

My family and I were celebrating our Granddaughters 11th Birthday this evening at Applebee's in Biddeford. We did not have a reservation, so I went inside to check on the availability of a table for 4. One of my family is handicapped, so We needed a table that was close to an entrance. I met a Manager named Thomas at the guest counter and was greeted with a warm, friendly Hello! I took him as a Manager by the way Thomas took care of our situation. Not only did he accomidate us, He also granted us access to the restaurant through a side door and seated us at a table that would accommodate us. If Thomas is not the Manager, He should be considered for a Managers posistion. It was somewhat busy at 6pm when we arrived. The waitress who took our orders was very pleasant and professional. She asked us if we would like some beverages and We were quickly with drink. From the time that she took our order to the time that our meals were set on our table, it was around 15 + minutes. The food was hot and tasty. Two of us had the Chicken Brocolli Primavera and one had Burger and Fries, the 4th had Nacho Chips. The restrooms were well kept. The overall atmosphere at Applebee's was inviting. At the end of our meal, The staff all came out and delivered a 🧁 with a candle. They all sang Happy Birthday to our Birthday girl and the restaurant patrons all joined in. Thank you! Thomas and all of your staff, Thank you! Applebee's of Biddeford! Job well done!🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊

My favorite Chinese food restaurant within thirty minutes of Portland (maybe excluding Empire.) The service is always friendly and there are huge portions for cheap prices. Go when it's busy, otherwise they'll serve older food.

Did take out..the food used to be better but hadnt been in awhile. Even the chicken chow mein was not good. The pork fried pieces had to be dunked in red cherry sauce to taste good. The house rice wasnt flavorful. Sorry to see and unfortunately will not go back.

I came here last year and the food was delicious. Went there yesterday and everything was horrible. Couldn't even eat it. They must have gotten new cooks....

Grabbed a quick salad to go for lunch. In, ordered, and out in less that 10 min at lunchtime. ...and it was AMAZING! All fresh fruits and veggies, and fair chicken (cooked just a hair too long and served a little hard). Friday in Biddeford on a sunny spring afternoon, you can't ask for much more than that. Only criticism would be that no one knew who to talk to for To Go orders. I was told by the bartender to go talk to someone else. There was no one where she pointed. Three people were now running all around trying to find out who was supposed to help me.

I went in by myself. I mentioned to the waitress that i really wanted a steak but could not cut it because I am in a cast with broken wrist. She said she would ask the chef to cut it It was delicious 😋 such a nice gesture. I will definitely go back and order the same thing

As I entered the restaurant, they had been working hard at keeping the place clean, which was nice to see. Additionally, my meal I ordered was cooked just right, and the crab ragoon was zestful and tasty, however it was a bit dry, unfortunately. Outside of that, it was a very pleasant experience overall and I recommend coming here if you feel the need for quality bargains.

Food is usually good. But who ever answers the phone needs a customer service class. We called to place an order...and we got in the most irratating voice possible " you know there is a two hour wait right"...at that point we opted to go somewhere else. Granted a two hour wait is a bit much but the sour demenor of the staff turned us away also.

4 Stars for getting my vegetarian Chinese food fix. So far I've tried the veggie lo mein and veggie fried rice, which were both fine. I will keep ordering the spring rolls and try other meals, this is still in the running for my go-to spot.

Had a long day and was New to the area. We decided on Applebee's because we knew the menu and love the one where we live. There was hardly anyone there, in the dining room or the bar. We had to wait for a clean table which is okay with us. We have a 4 month old with us and by the time we got our food that was sub par, and was trying to check out he was screaming because he was hungry. Which that said we were there almost 3 hours and there was no reason. I got up and walked out with my baby so the other patrons could eat in peace. No one even batted en eye when I left. Both of us could have walked out, but we are moral people and could not do that. This visit definitely explains why there is empty seats on the weekend (Saturday Night!) I know people are short staffed, but the employees did not look like they wanted to be there. I hope this review helps the management team get it together before the peak of tourist season.

I like using the online ordering. The service was prompt and friendly. I think the prices are on par with everything else these days. I got the double crunch shrimp dinner. The shrimp were tasty but felt like they needed another minute of cooking. The fries were cold but the Cole Slaw was delicious. I will definitely try again, they have a pretty extensive menu.

Ordered takeout for pickup. Arrived 20 minutes after I called, the woman handling pickup was nice enough... at first. Waited 15 minutes for my food even though I called ahead and looking iut into the dining area it wasn't busy. After getting my food and cashing out with my gift card my order was roughly 12 or 13 and some change. Normally I don't see a reason to give a tip for pickup since I'm not getting the dining experience, I'm simply asking you to put the food the cooks box up for you into a bag and cash me out, I still will tip out of courtesy and kindness. However because of the wait, I felt rounding up to 16 was more then enough a tip for that type of service, which is around 10% maybe more. As I was leaving the woman scoffed and said under her breath but loud enough for me to hear "2 dollars, gee thanks" very sarcastically. The food was extremely bland, even with me adding salt and pepper, and was very disappointing.

Had chicken oriental salad, with tomato basil soup, was very very good, only wish the soup was a bit larger or at least fill the Dixie cup , all in all a recommend from me... 1st time using app and curbside, flawless..

Michael at the bar...great whiskey sour! The older gentleman prepping and seating tables...well organized, personable and efficient. Double plus for recognizing us as repeats. And kudos to the manager wandering around jumping on tasks that needed attention and taking time to chat with the waiting and seated guests! Great teamwork and presentation!

Im not sure how long my food was sitting out but it was ice cold and the email i received said give them 45 minutes i showed up around 37 minutes from order time. The food tasted fine and was how i ordered it just not hot food like i though i would receive showing up early for pick up service was great cashier was very helpful wait was only a few minutes if that but thats my whole take on it

Tonight we had a party of 22 for my sons 11th birthday. My wife had been in contact with the manager over a couple days. Applebees does not offer “reservations”. HOWEVER, this location did a fantastic job of accommodating our group, making adequate seating adjustments, and doing the best they could to take care of their customers. I must say, I don’t remember her name, but our waitress was phenomenal. I work in retail. I know how things are now a days, everyone is short staffed, everyone is running on full tilt. I wish more people on the customer side of transactions realized this. She did a great job! She held composure in between a handful of kids that were a little riled up and happy to be out for dinner, and a big group of hungry adults lol. Someone give this chick a raise!! That’s the kind of employee Applebees wants to hold onto and move up the chain. All in all, I’m very pleased. I’ve been to this location many times. I haven’t had a bad experience and don’t expect one. Thank you to the whole crew, servers, cooks, (extra special thanks to the chefs, they don’t get enough credit. The food was amazing and we wouldn’t have eaten without you!!!) and managers. Great effort to make my sons birthday dinner special. Much love 💙

Just got a burger. Asked for medium. It was raw.The fellow that seated us said no problem we will cook a new one. 3 minutes later he came back and the same burger( I know it was as I cut the side) They nuked the burger to rubber,the onion rings were cold. I got some thing to eat after we left elsewhere.

A member in our party told our waitress “Jessica” that she has wheat and gluten allergies and cannot eat it. Jessica asked if cross-contamination is okay. Jessica told her that she cannot guarantee her meal be 100% gluten-free. Jessica went in the back and confirmed that there is not a guarantee that her meal will be totally gluten-free. She told us that she is going to get our server even though she introduced herself as “Jessica, our server for the night.” We could hear her tell a co-worker that she is going to get another server for us. The member in our party was so embarrassed that we left and went to Longhorn instead.

Not sure how hard it is to cook fries but they were well undercooked. Not to mention I ordered two fries I only got one. The wings are not crispy whatsoever not even a hint of crispiness but they're supposed to be double crisp. Also why would you put cold celery in the same container as hot food? So disappointed ordered for my mom on Mother's Day. Thanks for that disappointment

Our waitress was Heather and Heather went above and beyond the normal expectations to please us. She was fast; friendly; knowledgeable and personable along with the fact that she genuinely seemed as though she loved her job unlike the rest of the staff who you could hear audibly express their dislike and contempt for their jobs and boss which did not making for the best dining experience in that regard but that's not our waitresses fault and she was an absolute gem to work with. 3 friends and I met for lunch at 🍎 Applebee's. It was ao much fun, the staff was great!, we were NOT rushed out.

I was personally kicked out and cut off the bar after 2 beers for discriminatory reasons. (The bartenders switch shifts and i was minding my own business) i was by myself enjoying my food being courteous. I dont recommend this place they dont treat people kindly here.

This is the half ribs plate with the salad as side dish. Will let you judge the size of the portion. The food was not warm enough. The waitress asked us if we wanted a dessert before we finish our main plate. She brought the bill and we were still eating.

My mother ordered food for my family tonight 8/3/2023 and I always ordered the bbq boneless bites. Mind you I used to work here I was a host never had any problems with the food while I worked there. Obviously they probably didn’t know that I was going to get the food but it doesn’t matter who it goes to, it’s raw and I ate one of them. I won’t be getting food here again. I’m extremely disappointed.

When we first arrived it was about 2 hours before closing. I never go to a restaurant to sit down with less than an hour before closing. The hostess an older lady greeted us and she wasn't too thrilled that we had a party of eight and seemed inconvenienced. We got a table after a few minutes. It took about 5 to 10 minutes before the server arrived to take our drink order. After about 5 minutes or so we got our drinks and placed our order. We were there for about an hour before we received our food. Dinner was going well. Food was okay until we were finishing up and I noticed my mother hadn't finished most of her food and she said to me there was a hair in her food. So we got the check and my mother nicely said to the waitress that there was a hair in the food. We got the check and the waitress gave my mother a gift certificate for an appetizer. Not for a free meal but for an appetizer. Definitely will not be going there again.

It stunk! It took forever to get my salad. Then the meal. When dinner arrived, I immediately cut into my steak which I ordered med. rare. It arrived well done! The waitress said she'd get a new one fired. She came back to see if anyone came to talk to me. NO! She said they were cooking it. I finished my potato and broccoli and still no steak. She said the meal would be comped when we asked for the check. I asked for the manager who told us it was a miscommunication and they didn't know I wanted it refired. WTH! Who would eat a grizzly piece of shoe leather. He offered us dessert. Come on!! I am beyond pissed!!

The server may have been new, and we did have a large group with us but she got four of our 9 orders wrong. However she made up for it and we were very happy with our overall experience.

No one got served at the same time. Three of us were done even before 2 salads were brought out. The waitress did not have a clue. She was right on when bringing out the bill, almost before all were served.
