What
a
disappointment!!
After
more
than
a
year
using
the
hospital's
services,
they
showed
the
company's
culture.
Time
management
has
always
been
an
issue.
I
never
attended
on
time,
but
I
always
let
it
go.
In
the
last
month
I
was
there
for
more
than
3x.
At
the
first
appointment,
1
month
ago
I
waited
for
a
45
minutes
delay,
and
I
was
told
they
wouldn't
know
how
long
Vet
Bob
would
take
to
see
my
pet.
I
politely
rescheduled
my
pet's
appointment
and
returned
the
following
week
as
they
didn't
have
a
schedule
for
the
same
week.
In
the
following
weeks
I
was
with
them
twice
more,
both
times
we
were
seen
more
than
half
an
hour
late.
My
husband
and
I
are
rational,
reasonable
and
empathetic
people,
and
we
never
complain,
as
we
know
the
hospital
is
always
busy.
Yesterday,
Monday,
I
had
an
appointment
scheduled
for
4:45
pm
with
Bob.
Unfortunately
I
got
caught
in
super
traffic
and
I
arrived
15
minutes
late.
MIRACULOUSLY,
at
5
pm,
yesterday
the
hospital
was
empty,
there
were
no
other
customers
waiting.
Even
so,
Bob
and
the
attendants
refused
to
receive
us.
My
dog
has
an
allergic
reaction
to
a
vaccine
and
the
treatment
offered
in
the
last
month
didn't
work,
and
even
then,
no
one
cared.
I
know
I
was
late,
but
15
minutes
is
nothing
compared
to
the
countless
hours
I've
waited
in
that
waiting
room
this
past
year
for
every
appointment.
They
can
delay
customers
EVERY
TIME,
but
customers
cannot
delay
15
minutes
even
though
the
waiting
room,
and
the
parking
is
COMPLETELY
EMPTY
at
5:00
pm
on
a
Monday.
Anyway,
here's
the
warning
and
my
last
experience
with
them.
Don't
expect
commitment
or
any
consideration
from
them.
