    Não comprem nunca um produto desta marca, eles não têm assistência e nem contacto em Portugal, se ligas para a Lenovo, a chamada vai para a teleperformace, a assistência é com a IBM, e fica um jogo do empurra a questão um para o outro. Adquiri uma assistência premium que é a mais cara, e lá diz, o técnico em sua casa no dia seguinte, faz 4 dias e nem sinal. Péssima experiência.

Já dei indicação para devolução da máquina sem reparação, e por mim termina aqui a minha ligação à Lenovo. Neste momento na mesma função já está um Asus novo a funcionar (com um valor de 900.00 EUR), e como cliente empresarial de anos com equipamentos HP, Acer, Asus, sempre com uma durabilidade excelente, e habitualmente apenas substituídos por se tornarem obsoletos, fico muito desiludido com esta primeira experiência Lenovo, que deixa uma imagem de marca de pouca qualidade e fiabilidade.

    A brand horror! I purchased an IdeaPad Chromebook model from El Corte Inglés that unexpectedly blocked and restarted every day, successive times. Went to Levono for repairs and they just did tests, they didn't fix anything. When we picked up the equipment, we immediately tested whether the problem persisted. I terminated the contract and requested a refund; but, not before having to wait an unreasonable amount of time for a supposed repair, and without the right to replacement equipment during the waiting time. Lenovo never again, Chromebooks much less so, and El Corte Inglés ditto.

Lendo os comentários por aqui (Google) tive um certo receio de que teria problemas com o serviço. No entanto, foi tudo muito rápido e transparente. Fiz a compra de um portátil na sexta-feira pós o horário de expediente, e na segunda feira a minha encomenda foi aceita e encaminhada. Na terça-feira às 11h da manhã estava em minhas mãos. O portátil está a funcionar perfeitamente, e como prometido. Estou satisfeito com o produto e serviço. Achei importante publicar a minha avaliação também. Obrigado.

    Hello! Last 02/24 I bought a Legion 5 that arrived at my house and it didn't work (€1500 by the way)!!!! We tried tirelessly to contact you to exchange or return the product and you always pass the responsibility on to someone else (in technical support they say I have to speak to the sales department, the sales department says I should wait for contact from the carrier and the carrier doesn't even sign! Meanwhile, the emails I send go unanswered from you. It's been a month and the situation is no closer to being resolved. It was a huge investment with money that cost a lot to earn in the hope of having good equipment to work with. I write here because I have reached a point of despair. Should I accept that I lost the equivalent of 2 minimum wages? I can only advise: do not buy from this brand. Escape to the competition.

    Péssimo apoio ao cliente. Estou há uma semana para fazer uma devolução e já entrei em contacto de diversas formas, sem nunca me darem confirmação que a devolução vai ser feita. Dizem que respondem ao fim de alguns dias úteis, o que não é de todo adequado, já que o prazo de devolução é de 14 dias.

    I am a Premium Support customer, I cannot recommend the service due to the lack of rigor and willingness to help the customer. I respect the need to carry out a diagnosis, but the team demonstrated a lack of desire to find a solution quickly: Demanding videos of an internal problem with the laptop, not answering the phone or even transferring the call to regular technical service. To make the situation worse: When asked to provide the contact of a person in charge to whom I could express my displeasure, they said that this was not possible and I would have to do so to the person who would be on the phone with me at that moment.

    I confess that Chat is just a virtual assistant, on the phone someone always answers with bad Portuguese. And these negative comments all cause fear that does not inspire much confidence.     My recent purchase from +LENOVO was marked by a series of challenges and a lack of professionalism. After choosing a cell phone with express delivery, I encountered problems from the beginning.     I am very disappointed with Lenovo. I purchased a laptop and its bag online. I received the bag a few days later. The laptop arrived in Portugal within the agreed delivery time, but they didn't even deliver it. The carrier cited a lack of data to make the delivery (the same carrier that delivered the bag a week earlier), requesting the same from Lenovo. Nobody contacted me, neither Carrier nor Lenovo. They simply decided to return him to the base in the Netherlands. I contacted Lenovo (you have a machine that doesn't use seats and is missing some numbers... a shame) who tells me that they will send it back to Portugal. I am not at all happy with so much irresponsibility and lack of professionalism. I don't recommend buying online. I hope they resolve the issue as soon as possible.
