All attendants (without exception) were extremely rude. HORRIBLE service. I made a reservation for several people, when the day arrived they said they didn't have any reservations in my name, even though I showed a screenshot of the conversation with the establishment confirming the reservation, the attendant simply pretended she didn't even see it and turned her back. The food was cold, the only thing that was good in the carvery were the mini burgers, because otherwise... The price is very expensive, if you see the menu on Instagram you think you're going to spend X amount, in the end it's gone spending a lot more because there is a lack of information on the restaurant's social networks. The place is very hot, even with air conditioning. The attendant came to make an observation and spoke extremely loudly for the entire restaurant to hear, making us feel embarrassed. Anyway, I hated the place and I will never go back. And I wouldn't recommend it to anyone either ☺️ maybe one day they'll learn to treat all customers equally and/or hire friendly attendants who don't look stupid all the time 😉

Good balcony, the option of all-you-can-eat sandwiches and Mexican food. The prices of the other options are very high, as are the drinks. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service is good.
