We
booked
this
hotel
as
it
was
near
the
place
where
my
partner
works.
There
was
also
a
renovation
on
our
building
so
to
escape
the
noise
we
decided
to
stay
in
a
hotel.
We
were
considering
extending
our
stay
but
due
to
bad
experience,
we
didnt.
We
were
first
assigned
to
room
310,
it
was
a
clean
room.
However
after
30mins,
I
started
to
hear
loud
hammering
sound.
I
just
want
to
rest
so
I
called
their
reception
to
inform
about
the
noise
and
was
expecting
a
resolution
from
them.
The
blonde
woman
said
she
will
check
and
will
ask
them
to
stop
(which
I
didnt
expect
she
will
suggest).
After
another
30mins,
the
hammering
still
continued.
I
called
the
reception
again.
This
time,
it
was
a
man
who
talked
with
me
as
he
can
speak
English.
I
asked
if
their
hotel
was
full
and
if
not,
I
requested
they
changed
our
room
instead
to
avoid
the
noise.
Funny,
he
offered
the
room
besides
ours.
Of
course
I
asked
for
a
room
very
far
from
ours.
Finally
he
offered
a
room
on
the
8th
floor.
But
when
I
went
down
to
exchange
my
key,
the
blonde
woman
gave
me
room
415.
It
was
on
the
other
side
so
I
thought
it
will
be
fine.
To
my
disappointment,
the
room
looks
dirty.
There
were
marks
on
the
bedsheet.
And
it
didnt
smell
like
they
replaced
it
after
the
previous
tenant
left.
There
were
marks
on
the
cabinet
too.
Just
to
be
fair,
I
called
the
reception
to
replace
the
bedsheet.
But
they
were
only
able
to
replace
it
after
2.5
hrs
and
after
3
follow-ups
(1
over
the
phone
and
twice
we
went
down
to
complain
to
the
reception).
It
was
a
big
disappoint
considering
the
amount
we
paid
for
the
hotel
280
reais
for
one
day!
Yet
their
customer
service
sucks!!
Several
times
I
went
back
to
the
reception
too
because
the
key
pass
didnt
work
on
the
elevator
or
the
door.
We
booked
in
this
hotel
hoping
to
sleep
on
a
clean
bed
and
have
a
peaceful
rest!
That
is
not
too
much.
I
didnt
ask
for
anything
aside
from
what
I
paid
for.
Yet
they
cannot
even
offer
that.
RECEPTION
SUCKS!
If
they
know
that
there
is
also
some
repairs
going,
they
shouldnt
have
offered
a
room
where
youll
be
disturb.
Or
atleast
informed
the
guests
before
booking
about
the
on-going
repairs.
And
dont
make
the
guest
beg
for
something
they
paid!
EXPENSIVE
HOTEL
WITH
VERY
BAD
CUSTOMER
SERVICE!
