Infelizmente minha familia passou por uma situação muito constrangedora, com prejuízo material durante a hospedagem. Após 7 dias do ocorrido não tive a resolução do problema, e na verdade nem teremos (por não existir possibilidade de acesso as câmeras de segurança). Lamentável pois era um local que indicavamos a amigos, e agora não será mais!
