In my opinion the best tea and coffee house in Ponta Delgada. Great chill vibe, super kind staff, speaking English. Great selection of tea, delicious homemade cakes and tasty lunch offer. Worth visiting for a small break as well as some work time since the energy of the place helps to focus and get creative :) Thank you!

We stopped by to relax a bit after a long walk. This place is so cute and good. The tea selection is great and the cakes look yummie. We weren’t really hungry so we ordered the scones. Best scones ever!!! The British ones are more hard but these ones are so soft but still crispy. The pumpkin jam was perfect with the scone. Together, it had the perfect mix of sweetness. 😍

Wonderful breakfast (very creamy scrambled eggs!) with attentive and welcoming service. The day cannot start better than this. For the coffee lovers: The cappuccino is delicious… the tea was perfectly timed due to the cute timer

Loved this small tea house in the center of Ponta Delgada. They offer a long list of teas, some delicious pastries and teaware too. The staff is super friendly and ready to offer advice regarding what tea to choose. When they bring the tea to your table they tell you how much time you should let it infuse and even bring a sand timer too.

Lovely place to have affordable brunch and sip good tea with friendly service. Recommend the bacon & eggs, the Orange Pekoe Porto Formosa tea and the Hysson Gorreana tea.

Cappuccino was horrible. I couldn’t drink it. And I don’t know why they add chocolate inside. Although the place clean and nice.

We stopped in here as part of a food walking tour and enjoyed a magnificent pot of tea with sweet cake, cheese, and locally produced honey. Very friendly staff and an equally pleasing environment for a relaxing and refreshing break. Very much recommended.

I've been in Ponta delgada for 2 weeks now and for me Terra Verde is the place I enjoy the most for having breakfast, brunches, teas, natural juice and pastries! It's delicious! The staff also is super friendly and really pro. The atmosphere is really pleasant and perfect for chatting, reading or working. Always a pleasure to spent time there!

So cute! We showed up at 9:00 AM on a Monday and it was very calm. It started to get busy around 10:00 AM and people had to wait in line. Great food and great prices ~ especially for such a cute brunch spot!

Had a great experience here multiple times! The staff are polite and friendly, and the food was delicious Highly recommend the toasts with the Bolo Levedo bread, very tasty! The menu is small but lots of choices, no complaints there, and of course great tea :) They have a combination of breakfast and brunch depending on what time you get in

This place is incredible! We came Saturday afternoon for a brunch meal and I was so shocked that for $14.50 euro's now much food and drinks we got each! I was stuffed and everything was so delicious. We got multiple plates of fresh tasty foods. It was such a cute and cozy place with very friendly service. I was surprised it wasn't more busy, definitely a hidden gem in the city!

The pastries are the freshest we’ve had in all of Portugal! Paola was a gem and spoke English beautifully, but best of all was willing to speak with us in Portuguese as we practiced!☺️ My daughter sketched the interior of her lovely, warm cafe as well. This was our favorite place in all of Sao Miguel!

What a lovely experience! We decided to stop in for a coffee and a bite to eat based on other Google reviews while here in Ponta Delgada. We enjoyed a latte, ham and cheese sandwich and a tea biscuit. All of it was so fresh and tasty! The service was great, both ladies were very friendly and the atmosphere was calm and charming. There is parking right in front of the location which made it easy, however, once you’re in the downtown core parking is available anywhere. If you’re looking for a great place to visit while in the area Terra Verde Tea House is a must try!

We loved the breakfast!! Definitely the best breakfast we had on the Island! I highly recommend visiting the terra verde tea house, they have excellent tea & amazing breakfast. The place is cozy and the staff super friendly. We'll defintely come back. Thanks again!!

Stoppes by for a cold ice tea of the day. Cheap, delicious, and atmosphere was really nice. A little corner of paradise in Ponta Delgada.

I enjoyed this little cafe, but make sure you are ready to be patient. The tea is very flavorful and the food tastes great. the have a great variety of teas. The restaurant was very busy when I went and I think they only had 2 employees. It took a VERY long time from when the order was placed to actually receive anything. Even beverages took 20 minutes. I understand that they were busy but to me, that is ridiculous. After receiving the tea I still had to wait for it to steep. It is just a terrible feeling sitting there waiting when you see other people enjoying food and you don't even have a beverage to enjoy.

The staff is friendly, fast and helpful. We ate the mixed Bolo Levedo Toast, and the pancakes with fruit and peanut butter. Everything was great! However the cold tea of the day was my personal highlight. It was heavenly, perfectly chilled, lemony, slightly fruity and a hint of sweet. Will definitely come here again.

Very cute spot for brunch. We had sandwiches and cappuccinos which were very tasty. The service was great and the lady serving us was lovely.

We had the best caramel cake ever! And the teas are exquisite! The bossa nova music accompanies always! We came back almost every day of our staying here and it was such joy!
