5
stars
really?
The
hotel
management
shouldn’t
focus
only
on
the
infinite
pool
and
the
great
view
on
Douro
river.
The
bedrooms
are
beautiful
with
amazing
view
and
very
clean
nothing
to
say
about
it.
Congrats
to
the
cleaning
ladies.
But
the
global
service
is
absolutely
terrible,
you
always
have
the
feeling
to
ask
for
the
impossible
for
simple
things:
-
AquaBar:
complete
de-organization
with
the
service
with
the
waiters.
They
turn
around
but
don’t
come
to
serve
you.
Not
professional
at
all
for
a
“5
stars”.
30
minutes
to
get
one
limonade
and
one
beer
come
on…
Tried
for
two
days
but
same
result
every
time.
15€
for
a
poor
gnocchis
soup
is
a
bit
exaggerated.
-
Indoor
pool:
you’re
requested
to
have
a
swimming
cap,
if
you
don’t
have
one
you’re
asked
to
buy
one
6,5€…
but
not
need
to
have
one
in
the
other
pool…
also
the
doors
from
the
indoor
pool
are
closed
to
have
direct
access
to
the
terrace.
Asked
to
open
it
but
they
refused
due
to
A/C
(I
checked
and
it
was
turned
off
in
this
room)
but
no
issues
to
have
others
doors
opened…
-
Breakfast:
when
you
check
in
you’re
asked
to
book
in
advance
an
hour
when
you
want
to
have
breakfast,
honestly
never
saw
it
in
my
travelling
life.
Like
any
hotel
in
the
world
you
should
simply
come
for
breakfast
whenever
you
want
between
the
service
hours.
-
Royal
Spa:
Like
I
do
in
any
spa
hotel
I
try
one
massage
but
honestly
I
was
very
disappointed
about
the
results.
I
am
fine
to
pay
the
price
58€
for
30min
feet
massage
but
not
for
this
quality.
-
Swimming
pool
parasol:
as
soon
as
you
have
wind
they
immediately
close
all
of
them.
Not
nice
at
all
knowing
that
you
have
wind
everyday
in
the
valley
and
the
sun
of
course
is
shining.
And
as
I
mentioned
above
the
access
to
the
indoor
pool
is
closed
from
the
terrace
so
you
always
have
walk
around.
Conclusion:
impressed
about
the
view
from
the
room
and
the
pool
but
for
a
“5-stars”
hotel
which
is
supposed
to
be
the
highest
rate
for
hotel,
sorry
to
say
but
there
a
few
things
to
improve.
