The entrance has no receptionists, you have to find your way around to meet someone in the hall. Reception girls avoid eye contact if you arrive before opening time, therefore they avoid giving instructions. Staff is not so engaging as it was supposed to be. The building is located beside a highway and can reach this place only by car. Outside the sun was strong and there were tables but no staff placed a parasol on the tables. Only after 2pm they put their sun umbrellas. The atmosphere is warm in the waiting room and the air conditioning does not seem to work well. As a general rule it is mandatory to buy non-slip socks for the child and the adult accompanying the child. You must also comply with opening hours to avoid waiting 1 hour at noon. No other business around to have lunch.

New place for kids. But nothing really inovator.

Sincerely, I expected more. The place is difficult to find, there isn't any guide to follow and can be only reached by car. Anyone who is intended to play in the playground, has to buy socks. There isn't music, what is something that would bring more happiness to the place. The playground would have more toys for the children have more fun.

A nice place for kids to spend a couple hours

Great place for small kids! They have lots of options and service is super friendly. They have mini golf, trampolines, tree walks, some farm animals, among other things. Place is a little hidden, but just follow the signs and you get there.
