It's very expensive, twisted to have an appointment and after 3 month I still have not received my results and now that I don't live in the country anymore I don't have ways to recover them not even solutions. The solution proposed is "take an appointment when you come back to Portugal" when it would be as easy as sending them by email. Option that they don't provide because it had to be selected the day of the analysis, when the operator told me that I would have received the results in the app of the hospital. I can't understand how everything is so twisted in this country.

We were received quickly as walk ins, without line or long wait and were treated respectfully and professionally. The doctor appeared knowledgeable and explained the findings of the exam well.

I've been several times. First was an emergency referral by my GP. I was triaged within minutes, had the necessary tests, seen by a cardiac consultant, all within an hour. I was referred back to my GP, and given a follow-up appointment for further tests. All on a Sunday. Superb. Second was to see about a suspect lump on my leg, again I was treated properly and promptly, saw a consultant and was referred to a more local, to my home, hospital for surgery. Surgery was done as an out-patient.

I became ill overnight whilst on holiday and needed to see a doctor urgently. I turned up in the morning with no appointment and was seen immediately. I had the prescription I needed and was at the pharmacy within 25 mins. It was €70 but to me it was worth it over sitting in a&e for hours on end.
