Has all the basics you need, the staff are super friendly, ive bought toilet mats for my dog, a lead, carry case, travel box, treats, food. It has everything you need on a monthly basis.

It's fine for getting food and toys for your pets, but when it comes to the actual pets, they just have the basics(dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters). They do have a big variety of fish, but that was what I was not looking for. I went both to the physical and online store and I couldn't get a cage big enough for the pets that I intend to get. Also the online shop can get a bit confusion if you don't know how to navigate it.

É uma loja modelo de um exemplo a seguir, a uns anos tinham animais exóticos e com o tempo infelizmente foram desaparecendo, a única coisa que devem mudar a meu ver eu ter mais que uma caixa para pagamento e ter mais funcionários em loja á dias ou horas de maior movimento em que é praticamente impossível ser atendido pela falta dos mesmos, de resto nada a apontar.
