The staff are generally friendly at this place. Beyond that, I was extremely disappointed with my treatment. The office overcharged me by $250 for my $400 treatment. They told me I had passed my insurance limit (I was well under it), so I would have to pay for most of the treatment out of pocket. I asked many times how this was possible — when I requested an estimate on my first visit, they quoted the $400 price. So I was quite concerned when that jumped up to $650 before my procedure. But they rushed past my questions, refusing to let me look at the bill for more than 20 seconds before making me sign it. I asked about three times to look over it properly, but they were clearly annoyed with my questions and dismissive; so I gave in, still sure that something had gone wrong. Don't let the people in this office bully you out of making sure you can afford the procedures they are recommending! The worst part, though, was that despite me asking them to rerun the estimates twice after my procedure, while I was still in the office, no one caught the mistake. It wasn't until I asked for my itemized bills for each appointment and did the math myself that I found out they had messed up. They also ignored my email for 3 weeks, and I had to follow up. Finally, I called, waited around 2 hours, and only then did I get a refund. I almost laughed when they tried convincing me I should keep the money as credit with them to use towards another treatment I could not afford. Anyway, I will say there are a handful of great people in this office. The receptionist, Vivianne, was very patient as I tried to sort through the mistakes they'd made with my bill, and even suggested specific programs my school has to pay for low-income students' bills, which was very kind. My hygienist in my first visit — I believe her name was Lily, but I'm not sure unfortunately — was also very understanding, caring, and friendly. But if you have any sort of budget — especially if you're a student — go somewhere else!!

Ended up receiving a bill over a year old and had to pay $400 for a cleaning. Pretty sure I got doubled charged after my insurance or my insurance never got billed. Idk what's going on in this office. My friend also had a lot of billing issues going here as well

Hands down, the best dentist in the area! I drive 90 minutes to go to him over other dentists in my hometown. Dr. Arora is fantastic!

I have been going to Dr. Arora for years and heartily recommend him for any dental situation. These days competent, experienced and compassionate dentists are a truly rare breed and such is Dr. Arora. He is up on the greatest new technologies that make time spent with him well worth his fees. He is only satisfied when he knows his patient is happy, and has always treated me with great kindness. His team and colleagues are exceedingly competent and attentive. The office is cleaner than any one I have seen anywhere. This is a doc I trust, feel totally safe with, and so blessed to be in his care.

I really enjoyed my visit. The staff was lovely, and my hygienist took the time to explain things to me. This was the first hygienist that actually showed me how to properly floss! I will definitely be staying with this group and recommend it to others.
