Put in an order at 6:16pm, and the app said it would arrive between 42 and 56 minutes. When we called well after an hour to find out where the pizza was, we were told "it will be another 10 minutes". Another half hour+ passed. We called again, and it finally arrived after a total of over 2 hours. The manager lied about the timing -- we would have cancelled if we knew they were having problems. Palo Alto has much better alternatives. Dominos may have a nice ordering app, but the actual service, and product, is still the lowest common denominator. We can all do much better - let's patronize the places in Palo Alto that are putting in the effort. Not Dominos. :(

We had a horrible experience. Ordered a giant pizza to be delivered, online. Left instructions to call upon arrival so my spouse could meet outside. Was advised it would be ready for delivery in about 35 minutes. At about 35 minutes, the app advised the pizza had been delivered, but no one ever came. About 10 minutes later, I called the business and was placed on hold while being advised very few moments that someone would be with us shortly. 40 minutes on hold with this continued message and we decided to drive to the business. Upon arrival, I got a call from the delivery driver stating she was at our place. I told her we were at the business and by now, 45 to 50 minutes after the pizza was to have been delivered, it would be cold. The driver argued with me and I finally hung up. The person at the counter told my husband he would make a fresh pizza. He did not offer any discount. We stood there watching as he proceeded to make our pizza, unmasked, and with no gloves on. When we objected, he rolled his eyes abit and my husband told him to stop and just refund our money. He wouldn't refund our money and we were advised we would need to return in the morning and speak with the manager... We will not be able to do that as I am going in for surgery tomorrow a.m. We paid $45 for this experience. Disappointed and hungry does not begin to describe what we were feeling, 2 hours after having placed our order online.

Not sure how you were able to burn one cheesey bread (while simultaneously covering it in what I hope were only onions) but undercook another at the same time. At first I thought maybe it was a me thing, but then I remembered I picked up my order 5 minutes after it was marked as ready. Unfortunate, I don't want this to happen again.

Pre ordered pizza was delivered an hour late, cold. Do not recommend.

I'm sorry. Twice I asked for address. The first time, they forgot the soda. The second time, I ordered a 14" pizza, half vegetarian, half extra pepperoni! Well, they sent me one half that was indeed vegetarian and the other half without anything! Without anything! There was not a single pepperoni.

One of the most bizarre food experiences in my life. My nephew orders a medium pepperoni pizza for delivery at a cost of around $7. I stopped in to pick up a medium pepperoni pizza to go and the guy at the counter said it will cost $18........what is going on? AND the quality is really marginal. Their business model is warped, needless to say I will never order from them again. I gave them 1 star, but see update. Update! The manager contacted me and was very professional and sympathetic SO I'm changing the stars to 3, but beware of a dishonest person behind the counter

Very nice sir that attended to us. We order the pizza 10 minutes before they close and I thought they would reject to do it but he even brought the pizza in the car for us. The pizza was fresh and he made very fast actually. Made my night because I was coming from the ER very sad and hungry, but this made me happy. Happy to give 5 stars.
