We
had
a
horrible
experience.
Ordered
a
giant
pizza
to
be
delivered,
online.
Left
instructions
to
call
upon
arrival
so
my
spouse
could
meet
outside.
Was
advised
it
would
be
ready
for
delivery
in
about
35
minutes.
At
about
35
minutes,
the
app
advised
the
pizza
had
been
delivered,
but
no
one
ever
came.
About
10
minutes
later,
I
called
the
business
and
was
placed
on
hold
while
being
advised
very
few
moments
that
someone
would
be
with
us
shortly.
40
minutes
on
hold
with
this
continued
message
and
we
decided
to
drive
to
the
business.
Upon
arrival,
I
got
a
call
from
the
delivery
driver
stating
she
was
at
our
place.
I
told
her
we
were
at
the
business
and
by
now,
45
to
50
minutes
after
the
pizza
was
to
have
been
delivered,
it
would
be
cold.
The
driver
argued
with
me
and
I
finally
hung
up.
The
person
at
the
counter
told
my
husband
he
would
make
a
fresh
pizza.
He
did
not
offer
any
discount.
We
stood
there
watching
as
he
proceeded
to
make
our
pizza,
unmasked,
and
with
no
gloves
on.
When
we
objected,
he
rolled
his
eyes
abit
and
my
husband
told
him
to
stop
and
just
refund
our
money.
He
wouldn't
refund
our
money
and
we
were
advised
we
would
need
to
return
in
the
morning
and
speak
with
the
manager...
We
will
not
be
able
to
do
that
as
I
am
going
in
for
surgery
tomorrow
a.m.
We
paid
$45
for
this
experience.
Disappointed
and
hungry
does
not
begin
to
describe
what
we
were
feeling,
2
hours
after
having
placed
our
order
online.
