I will not use this service moving forward. I cannot believe how unprofessional and disgusting the man who answered the phone was. this has no put me off from wanting to come here in the future. he claimed when I asked for his name he is called "jack" awful behaviour for a person who is supposed to be a receptionist and polite to customers and patients. stay far away. They need to think of getting someone new or training in customer services would be a start.

I've been seeing Dr Joyce in order to re-learn to eat properly again. I've suffered from an eating disorder in the past and have had a couple of bad experience with previous dietitians prior to attending La Maison Medicale. Although, I was nervous at first, Dr. Joyce put me easily at ease and clearly outlined a plan to follow based on my current life style. Not only this allows me to have an healthy routine, it also incorporates hiccups and unexpected events. It is now easy and a pleasure to eat properly, because I do not restrict myself and still manage to lose weight. The plan was to make me lose weight during the night. I wasn't convinced in the beginning as I was still stuck in my old pattern of no pain no gain. I was wrong and I managed to change quickly, losing 4kg in a few weeks just a month after starting my plan. For the first time, I feel I can finally eat normally without stressing about it. Thank you Dr Joyce, for your kindness and support!

I really liked the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff at LMM. I have always received excellent service and advice from everyone - from the reception team to the doctors I have seen who also offer an excellent follow-up . I strongly recommend La Maison Medicale.

Amazing clinic. The staff were friendly, professional, and the facility was clean and well-maintained. The waiting time was minimal, and the check-in process was smooth. I felt comfortable and well-cared for throughout my visit. I would definitely return to this clinic for any future medical needs!

First time I got an appointment for my son to treat his ear infection. I am quite happy with getting the appointment immediately and the doctor sees me at the exact time. Dr. Eloide Morrison was very nice, very helpful. She arranges all the medicine and gave us when leaving.

I booked on line (and paid 300£) for a home visit by Dr Yu Zhen Lau on Dec 27th. The doctor called 10 minutes before the visit just to say it would take too much time to come (given the rain...) and cancelled the appointment, blaming the management of the clinic who apparently had not informed her of the booking. A very unprofessional clinic.

The medical professional I met is one of the most caring and best. They genuinely care about the patient's health and wellbeing and truly want to help.

Booked appointment and the doctor didn’t turn up at all! spent two days chasing the appointment and when we did speak, he didn’t actually listen to us. Was given assurances before hand he would deal with issue, for him to turn around and request information and ask us to book for a future appointment. Information that we could have provided easily before the appointment had it been requested. Very poor performance and definitely one to avoid.

Saw Dr Wakim and he is brilliant. Explained everything well and he is very reassuring. Would highly recommend

I was panicking because I needed a blood test urgently for a surgery, and when I email them the response was fast and I could book for the next day. I was happy with how efficiently it worked. Blood test was done by Mr Mohamed Abbas, a very nice person who explained to me everything in a way I could understand ^^ Very grateful with them, Ill come back!

Been to the clinic back in December 2022. The Paediatrician (Dr Arlt) was amazing!!! He saw our 3 years old boy, did the checks he needed to do and explaining everything to us. We were so glad to find him as he was recommended by several people and was so nice to find him. The clinic itself was a very peaceful enviroment and clean. Would recommend it!

I came to London for brief vacation from Lithuania and got sick with a very ugly cold, unfortunately. My condition didn't get better in several days so I came to this clinic and was very happy that I got a GP appointment just in two hours. The man working at the reception (sorry, I do not know his name) was very friendly and helpful. GP Dr Alexandre Nairi was very professional and polite, explained me treatment well. The treatment he prescribed worked well and next day I was feeling much better. Thank you Dr Nairi and the receptionist guy for your help!

I feel so lucky to have a great clinic in the area. Dr Mohammad and the whole team is amazing. He is a very kind, professional and honest doctor, and I always feel very at ease. The staff is also very supportive, friendly and highly responsive. Overall, a wonderful clinic.

I have been seeing 2 good doctors at La maison medicale for 4 years. They were doing a good job until they decided to make many changes which are not in patients' best interest: mainly online appointments for the rhumatology department, no more neurologist.. Reduced slots which makes it impossible to have an appointment. Easy to get a blood test but having an appointment to discuss the result is hard work: Why should I even have a blood test in this case? There are two secretaries: the man is very polite but the woman rushes people to take appointments, speaks to people in a rude manner. 5 discusions in one week with this person was just a disaster. La maison médicale moved from a place where you would receive great level of care to fast food version of a health centre.

I have known Paul for several years and he is an exceptional therapist who genuinely cares. He is extremely knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him.
