If your hair is falling out or you would like to thicken your hair, do not go to this place. The first major red flag are the staff, there is 1 Dr who works here and the other people doing the treatment are quite literally his children or family members who aren't qualified. I noticed my hair was slightly falling out and decided to go here for an examination, he took one look at my scalp and said 'there could potentially be an infection here' yet decided to continue with his treatment rather than referring me or advising me to see a dermatologist (second red flag), naively, I complied with him. The treatment was micro-needling, hair oil and laser treatment for ~40 minutes. The third red flag was when he told me to microneedle my scalp every single day, this should NOT be done, the scalp requires time to heal, and ideally should only be done once a week, after raising this concern to him he essentially shrugged it off, I did not listen to him for this. I did this treatment for about 1-2 months, where every time he saw me he was saying he can see my hair was improving, and that the hair fall had stopped when it quite evidently had not. The fourth red flag was when I went for a session, the Dr was not present and so his daughter was doing my hair, instead of using the oil she used minoxidil, something which I did not want being used, again, highlighting the fact that someone who is unqualified should NOT be filling in for an absent professional. I later quit my treatment, 1 year later I am left with a scalp condition that I am having to treat privately. The infection is bad, and the people I have seen have all said there is an extremely high chance this is due to the micro-needling. Do not be a fool, and do not go here.

For the 3 nights I was in Istanbul, I was in complete communication with the staff, and the transportation to and from the airport, hotel and clinic were all on time and efficient. The clinic itself was immaculate, with all the staff being polite, professional and well-presented. The surgery itself, which took around 7 hours from start to finish, was near enough painless. I have now returned to Nottingham and will continue to visit Sultan at the Este clinic for aftercare. I would recommend anyone to use Este for a hair transplant, as they have been very professional throughout.

Everyone in this clinic is absolutely amazing, I’ve been coming in for hair loss treatment “Lichen Pilanopilaris” to be specific! been looking for a hair loss cure for years and after having spent thousands on products/services that haven't worked I came across Este Nottingham. Went for a consultation, they were Sultan was very informative and not pushy at all. All other clinics I've been to have tried hard-core sales. He was honest about my hair and could have provided most expensive option ( transplant) but recommended laser . Plus he's been generous and Gives extra laser time wherever possible! The reception girls are always pleasant to speak to and well mannered! I'm half way through and have seen some difference! Then I met Shamas, his care and quality towards what he does is unmatched. Takes his time providing an amazing service and when asked about further help for hair restoration he gave me some good advice and advice that he has been doing himself! Also whenever I ask for a coffee he also brings me a cookie or 2 every time which is very kind of him, thumbs up 👍

I have recently started using este medical and my experience so far has been amazing. Before my first appointment I was given a consultation which mapped out everything which was going to take place. From prices to duration of the treatment there wasn’t a detail missed, as someone who was quite scared going into it they made me feel so comfortable and calm. Every time I come into the building I am greeted with a smile and offered anything that can make my time at the company as good as possible. I have recently had my first appointment with them and the lady who did my treatment was so kind. She made sure I wasn’t uncomfortable constantly asking if I was okay, if I needed anything and so much more it made my nerves disappear. She also made sure that there was no time for me to think about the uncomfortable treatment by always keeping my mind occupied with a conversation. While I have only just started with este I can not share the results yet but I trust they will be great ! I think the prices are reasonable for what you get, I have researched on many places like este in Nottingham and este by far is the most reasonable when it comes to pricing. I would definitely recommend!!
