Went to store today to get some help and advice but was disappointed with response lady gave, was completely disinterested when she asked if we bought from them, we didn't but wanted assistance in what chemicals to purchase to get the balance right in our new hot tub, everything we asked was met with response I don't know what you have so can't help you, I am sure that water is water and getting it working correctly is down to balance not what make of hot tub you have, went to Danbury spa supplies who were extremely helpful. Felt it was either the lady had little knowledge of how to assist or didn't want to help if not purchased from them, either way won't be buying next hot tub from them, one if the worst customer experiences ever had

I have had several years of excellent service from the Hot tub barn team. to date I have purchased two Hot tubs from the barn, one for a member of my family and one for myself, the after sales service is second to none. Commenting from experience, No matter how small a problem or insignificant you may think a question maybe, you will always receive first class advice and attention. I have since recommended the barn to my son who is now the proud owner of a superb Hot tub. Excellent people to do business with.

Excellent service from choosing the hot tub at the showroom to having it installed. It caused no stress or hassle. Natasha at the showroom was very helpful and informative. She made sure we got the best tub to suit our needs rather than trying to sell us the most expensive one. Glenn and Mark who installed the tub were very quick getting everything done, didn’t cause any damage or mess and were knowledgeable about the chemicals etc. We would thoroughly recommend hot tub barn to friends and family. -Dave Johns

Although we did not purchase a hot tub from them, we needed advice. The lady on reception could not be more helpful. The advice given was spot on. Our pool looks a lot better. The hot tubs on display cost more than my first house !! But was treated with respect. All I could ask.

A massive thank you to the whole team. Everyone we have dealt with has been really great and helpful. From the team in the showroom, to the delivery guys and the crane team that were recommended to us. Our hot tub was delivered this morning, and all those involved were just brilliant. They were all so friendly and answered any questions we had and made sure we were happy with everything before they left. I am so glad that we chose to purchase our hot tub, from Hot Tub barn, because I honestly believe we would not have got the same excellent level of service from anywhere else. Thank you again.

Fantastic service. As hot tub novices the information and service we were given from start to finish was excellent. Natasha in the showroom was very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The installation team Gary and Wayne were professional, helpful and gave us very good advice and information. We've been in twice now. Both times everyone has been exceptionally friendly, but not at all pushy. Today we went back to get a few questions answered before making our decision. We were able to test the tubs they had on display - they have freshly laundered swimwear, towels and dressing gowns for customers to use, so you can actually try a tub before you buy. Wonderful! Tea, coffee, biscuits all offered, and chilled water if you are the one in the tub. I cannot fault our experience at all. Friendly staff, *extremely* well versed in the product range. Every effort was made to help us and make us feel at home. We ordered a tub today on the strength of that service and knowledge, and have total confidence in the staff there. They even gave us some of their laundry tabs, as we liked the smell of the towels. How very nice of them! 10/10 all round. And you get a really good cup of tea, too.
