My wife and I purchased, and installed, our two person Sanctuary Infra-red Sauna last month (November), and are delighted with it. Although it is a DIY flatpack, its design makes installing it pretty straightforward. They warn you that it comes on a very large pallet and it certainly does! Putting it together is very much a two, strong, people job. The quality of the materials, and the way they fit together, is brilliant. It works very well too and we are feeling the benefits already! Our contact with David Kennedy at Clearlight Saunas was extremely useful in helping us to make our initial decision to buy, and follow up support from Simon in their Customer Care Team was excellent too. Getting the Clearlight Sauna was the best thing our business ever did. It was a game changing piece of equipment for our detox centre, The Milestone Detox, and it was a lot of fun to receive and set up - as you can see from the photos. The Clearlight team makes everything easy, with excellent systems and management in place, and the buying experience very comfortable whilst meeting expectations. In my opinion, the Clearlight sauna is the best full spectrum infrared sauna on the market and worth investing in because it requires so little attention. It's definitely the machine that keeps on giving and we have used it extensively without any negative outcomes. I highly recommend the sauna AND the European Clearlight team.

One of the best decision we made for a long time... Your outdoor sauna is on lack of better word "ABSOLUTELY (F@$%&ng) AMAZING", couldn't be more happy. Starting the day or enjoy the sunset in our sauna is a healing experience on daily basic. I will recommend everybody to sit out in nature and enjoy the rays. On a side note, we have a minor issue while assembling the sauna but your team was beyond pro and helpful 7 min after I email asking for help... You guys rocks! Thanks you!!!

We have been using the Essential 2 persons sauna for almost a year now and we love it. Out of the multiple (cheaper) choices out there, we felt Clearlight saunas offers a premium product and matching customer service. Although we bought their base model, it doesn't feel like "economy class". A small corner in the attic was just enough to have our own private spa, which you can enjoy anytime you have a bit of free time to relax. The customer service is top notch and you really sense that Clearlight is aiming to please their customers.

The Clearlight Dome Sauna I have been using for a week is fantastic - it exceeds my expectations! The first sweat was a revelation, the warmth created a fine sweat all over soon after entering. I like getting into the dome; it is a comfortable warmth and relaxing. Since using it this week I have noticed a boost of energy, also unexpected! I look forward to seeing further beneficial effects the next 3 months - particularly my shoulder pain?? The Clearlight sales and customer service experience have both been exceptional: David, UK sales rep., was very helpful in answering all my "newbi" (to ultraviolet light therapy) questions. And customer service rep., Simon in Hamburg, was helpful in dealing with two minor matters most satisfactorily. I feel confident that my Clearlight Dome Sauna is an excellent investment.

Amazing service from start to finish. David who dealt with us was very helpful, knowledgable and not pushy at all. He was always at the end of a phone to answer questions. The waiting time for our 2 person outdoor sauna was minimal in comparison to other companies - some of which were months! - and the product is far superior. We’d already been recommended to look at Clearlight and I’m so glad we did. Also…the fulfilment and delivery service was excellent with a lovely delivery team on the day. My son-in-law and husband put the sauna up easily and we couldn’t be more thrilled with our home wellness area now. Its a quality construction which only enhances our garden and you feel amazing when using it. I can listen to bluetooth podcasts, music and guided meditations via the bluetooth link too - another bonus! We have been happy users of the Clearlight sauna for 5 years. We chose the Sanctuary 3 person model, and it was a very good choice. 3 people can freely use the sauna at the same time, we can all watch TV without losing a pleasure of watching because the sauna is equipped with a large front glass, which additionally makes the sauna look great. The front full spectrum heaters are excellent and heat up the sauna very quickly. For me especially, a very convenient additional element is the application with which I can start up the sauna from the lower floor without going upstairs to the fitness room to do it. And one more vital element of the purchase I learned to appreciate - the approach to the customer from the very beginning starting from advising the choice of the model, through technical consultations after installation and to a warranty support - I can honestly say that Clearlight's lifetime warranty really works !!! . We’ve had our Clearlight two-person Sanctuary Sauna for almost four and half years, use it five or more times a week and it’s fantastic. Never had any reliability issues despite well over 1,000 uses to date and in any rare contact with Clearlight my queries are dealt with promptly, courteously and generously. We love using it in the winter for a warm and all year round for detoxification, an immunity boosting affect and general well-being, listening to meditation apps. or health podcasts when enjoying the heat 😊 We combine with a DIY Icebath setup for contrast therapy and the feeling you get when you get in the Sauna after the cold therapy is unbeatable. Would wholeheartedly recommend Clearlight to anyone who values their health and is looking an oasis of calm and mindfulness in an increasingly chaotic world 👍 Suffered from acne previously too but since using the Sauna the skin detoxification affect has kept my face and neck clear for <4 years!

Had to wait several month for my Sanctuary 2 to arrive - but it was really worth the wait! The build quality and all the features are top notch. I've been a fan and user of traditional saunas for decades and this is my first IR - it's the real deal and wonderful experience! Clearlight have great people and are very helpful.

The customer care team were excellent at keeping me in the loop when I was waiting on my sauna. The sauna itself (Premier model) is extremely high quality. Putting it together is a breeze, the whole thing is modular. Having a sauna at home whilst a bit of an extravagance, has proven itself well worth the investment. I like to use it before bed and I'm not worried about gym/leisure centres shutting their saunas if there's further lockdowns. A few weeks after installation I had one small issue with one of the control panels. The customer care team dispatched more replacement parts than I actually needed. And they were delivered within the week. I installed the new panel myself. As with assembly this was very straightforward, Clearlight provided me with the documents on how to do this. However, should you not be confident in doing the replacement yourself, Clearlight will reimburse you for having an electrician do the work for you. The lifetime warranty justifies spending more on a Clearlight sauna.

After purchasing a Clearlight sauna i wanted to leave a review. From the start of the process David Kennedy was polite, informative and helpful. He gave me enough information to go away with and then sent more info as i needed it. The sales transaction was simple and then when the sauna was into the warehouse they contacted me.
