When I went into azure pools I didn’t know if I could really afford or manage a hot tub. I had been to other suppliers but they weren’t very helpful and just wanted to close a sale quickly. What a breath of fresh air they were. They clearly and accurately explained my options and Alex was totally accurate in the amount my electricity bill would increase by. I was shown pictures of all the colour options so that I coukd select the right one for me and given a choice of delivery dates. Follow up visits and calls were made to ensure the tub would fit in my garden and would slide down the side of the house and advice about the correct position in the garden. Delivery was a little late on the day due to the previous job over running but I was kept fully informed about this and to speed the job up on its arrival Alex came and filled a paddling pool with water so it could be pumped in more quickly. Alex explained what I had to do to keep the tub in tip-top condition and left me with a manual. Best of all is the follow up advice I have received since buying the tub. The difference about azure pools and other suppliers is that you are buying from a family team who know their business inside out. They are not fly by nights or salesmen looking to make a fast buck. They deliver an amazing service, are completely honest and accurate in their advice and I would go back to them time and time again. Why would you go elsewhere?

Excellent Service from Alex and his team. When we were researching he was open and honest; clearly has great knowledge but was happy for us to make our own informed choice rather than his choice (as some salesmen do). Good communication while we were waiting for delivery and on the day his installers were hard working and professional; as an example, they did not gripe at all about having to take a gate off its hinges to fit the spa through but just got on with it! Alex then gave a detailed explanation of how it worked and needed to be managed and despite receiving phone calls he was not in a hurry to get away as he was making sure I was happy. First class service from Azure Pools - now all I have to do is enjoy the spa!

Had our hot tub installed by Azure today. The whole process has been highly professional, smooth and informative. Both Bev and Alex were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I can't thank them enough for everything. We had our hot tub installed a few weeks ago, we had to crane the hot tub over the house and telephone lines, but it all went smoothly and without a hitch. Alex was great, he got everything up and running and spent lots of time explaining how to maintain the water. We’ve had a few questions which the team in the office have always been on hand to help with. I would highly recommend Azure Pools, and am so pleased we decided to go locally where you get a more personal service.

Excellent customer service, keeping us up to date with things from us placing the order for our hot tub, all the way to delivery. As we have restricted access, they also organised the crane for us. On installation day Bev and the team were very proffessional and helpful making sure we knew how to operate everything. Definately recomended

I cannot recommend highly enough. Simply amazing from start to finish. Professional overview of what needed to be done, a clear and competitive quote, everything done when they said they would do it and the finished result amazing. After sales support top drawer too. Very happy customer and kids loving the new pool!!

We purchased a preloved elite platinum hot tub 4 years ago and we love it just as much as the day we bought it. The ladies that work here are so friendly and knowledgeable so if you have any issues regarding maintenance they can help. We buy all our chemicals and filters from here as they have a points system that makes the pricing just as competitive compared with Amazon plus I can just drop in and collect asap if we need it immediately. Would highly recommend dropping in to browse and not to discount their Preloved hot tubs as you can often get a higher spec machine for your money.

Excellent service, good advice prior to buying, installation went well, and continuing to provide friendly and helpful advice as we enjoy and learn about our Miami hot tub and water management (using the Aquablanc 02 system rather than chlorine as it is gentler on the skin). Bev has been great.
