Went for a check-up and hygienist appointment. I came out from both pleased with the experience. The facilities are great (brand new practice), good parking in the car park and roadside. The staff are very friendly and while efficient are also good at their job. I was also really pleased that they are not into the practice of up-selling which gives me confidence that when they do recommend a treatment, it is because I need it.

After losing an old crown when the tooth underneath broke I was nervous that a new crown may not be an option. Dr Bushra Nouman was amazing, she put me at easy, was warm and welcoming each time but more importantly she fitted a new crown after working hard to ensure the broken tooth was repaired. I couldn't have asked for a better dentist. The new surgery is gorgeous and reception are always friendly.

I visited recently Damira and I found it as a very good clinic. Everyone is polite and nice. Specifically, the reception is very helpful. Lorena had being so patient in helping me get an immediate appointment. She was really nice, friendly and professional.

Fantastic service! As an anxious patient (when it comes to dentist's) I was made to feel calm, relaxed and reassured. Dr Shoaib Ali explained everything he was doing before actually performing the task - so I was kept well informed throughout - thank you ☺️

one star for Doctor FAUZIA's service. My husband and I were seen in 3 minutes by Dr. Fauzia. We have never felt so badly treated. She didn't let us speak at any point and said "I don't have time to listen to you" we were practically thrown out of the treatment room. I left the room crying and extremely hurt, as I had never experienced this in my entire life. the receptionists are lovely but this doctor, Fauzia, is a terrible person, without empathy, and discriminated against my husband saying that he should bring someone next time so he can speak English. I really hope this person changes profession, people like this shouldn't deal with the public, no one deserves to be treated this way.

Excellent experience I was calm and actually had fillings done while I was there. In the past I have put them off. The numbing injection was fine and it didn't last for long which was perfect. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I truly recommend this practice.

Excellent service, had a few dental check up and hygiene appointments. Dentists are welcoming and calm, they are informative and provided appropriate advice for managing my teeth. New location is much better than the previous one. On-site parking is very handy and the practice itself is clean and tidy. Highly recommend.

I had a dental appointment yesterday to repair a chipped tooth. My appointment was with Evelina Hadzhiyska, who i've seen before (i've not been with the practice for very long). The work she did was fantastic and the results were beyond my expectations. I could not recommend the practice, and more specifically the way Evelina treated me, any higher (hence the 5* review). I am someone who has had a bit of a phobia of dentists for many years and Evelina understood this perfectly and treated me accordingly; she (and her assistant) made me feel relaxed and it was as good for me as any visit to the dentist could be.
