This stores got some lovely evening dresses, Housewares, duvets, dishes, shoes, bags. Also got a cafe. Plenty of free parking.

I loved this place as you can find everything for your home ( kitchen equipments, bathroom, bedroom), clothes, books and a coffeeshop, the prices a surprisingly logical if compared to other places among UK. The staff were very friendly and nice. Overall, a very recommended place.

Top of the range quality items ranging from household accessories to clothing. Situated just off the motorway. I only discovered this place as I was heading towards ikea. I must say I was really impressed by the selection of item and pricing was competitive too.

Took my Mum to get wedding outfits for my sons wedding, she loved it and got just what she wanted plus all accessories. Can say though that the cafeteria staff were not at all pleasant. It's the third time I've been in and experience d this from different staff members. Coffee is also in a tiny cup, not value for money at all.

After a couple of more recent visits, thought it about time I added some comments. I still believe my 4* rating to be a fair one as there's nothing that would, in my estimation, warrant that extra star. Still a great place to visit for the possibility of picking up that 'must have' bargain. Did find a couple of examples on my previous visit, but sadly not on my most recent. My biggest issue is finding an item of clothing that you get excited over, only to find that everything on the racks is either small or super large.

My wife loves to visit this store. It sells a wide variety of goods, but my wife loves the kitchen utensils section. A good choice of goods from a variety of manufacturers. I often think, if you can't get a kitchen utensil from this store, the chances are it hasn't been invented yet. Ample free parking, with good access for restricted mobility.

Stopped off on our way visiting family as we usually do. Cafe had had a refurb looked nice but selection and quality of food very poor. Had a burnt sausage sandwich on cheap dry bread! No butter! . Also the selection of clothes labels doesn't seem as many. Shame as I usually enjoy my visits here.

First time we have been here and will not be the last. The shop has a vast range of stock where you can truly find something for everyone. The staff are extremely helpful and very pleasant. Although we didn't have time to go in the cafe it looks brilliant and we will definitely stop for a coffee on our next visit. Cannot believe we have only just discovered this little gem. Thank you

If you like Roman originals, class , pavers and lots of other brands it's a great place to shop, lovely cafe here, staff helpful and friendly. There are changing rooms for the clothing to be tried on, which is great as it saves a journey home and back again. I enjoy shopping here

Go here when you have plenty of time on your hands. Some beautiful things on offer. One of the staff on the ladies section,(Roman) when they didn't have a dress in my wife's size, tracked one down for us at another store. You can't fault service like that. Top place!

Very bright and airy. Bùt the experience in the cafe was disappointing. A small menu and they had run out of a lot of options. It was 12.30 on a Saturday. Only salad cream and tomato sauce available. Then the sandwiches arrived very poor. Went to till to pay for goods and was recommended to download the boundary outlet app to receive 10% discount. Logged on to playstore to download said app to be told it wasn't available and the app is made for an older version of Android.

We have recently been to both the Colne and Walsall store, and I have to say hands down the staff at the Walsall stall were some of the nicest people I've encountered! They were so helpful, welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble. The stock selection was great considering the size of the store and we managed to find some great Christmas gifts!

We went looking for Christmas presents as they have a large variety of stock.The shop is bright and airy. Staff are very helpful. The toilets were very clean. Plenty of free parking. The also have a cafe on site. Their website has a list of brands that they sell.

The coffee shop in boundary mill walsall, I had a free slice of cake with my coffee, the quiche which was made in the kitchen ( not brought ) was absolutely superb, the salad and the mustard dressing that accompanied the dish was also tasty and very fresh considering how busy the store was. Well done to all involved top marks it made my wife and I very impressed. We will be back very soon

Called into Boundary mill for a coffee and cake ( which is excellent May I say) and decided to take a look at the shoe section. I was greeted by an exceptional polite customer service advisor. Whose help went that extra mile to make sure that the casual shoes I purchased were perfect in every way. Bit disappointed about drinks in cafe now . Half size cups are not really enough for a cappucino, which has a lot of frothy milk, and a lot higher in price now . It's best to stick to filter coffee or pot of tea. Also only offering cake for £1.00 now at offer times with a drink, no more free drinks, you don't always want cake.!! It was nice to get the perk of a free drink I thought it bought more people in🤷‍♀️. Most of all please bring back mugs not every one can afford 2 drinks at nearly £3.00 a drink when there's not enough coffee in mug.

Clean, bright and spacious store with plenty of choice in clothes. Good prices too. Especially great for footwear, kitchen ware, bedding and gifts. BB's coffee shop is reasonably priced too. Looking forward to more Christmas stock being available.

Very well laid out, everything is easy to find. I suggest the lids of the Yankee Candles are cellotaped to the jars as unfortunately as I went to pick one up by the lid the top came off and the jar shattered to the floor. Two very helpful assistants told me not to worry and they cleared the shattered glass up.

I would like to say that Julie the lady who helped me today was a first class sales assistant & indeed a credit to the store, expressing great customer care. She measured me for a new bra and went out of her way to ensure correct fit after searching through her limited stock for size required. Julie was successful and I was really happy. Thank you.

Love the store. Plenty of variety. The cafe update looks good, but why do they now supply only a cup of tea, which does not look very big, instead of the pot of tea that used to be available. Price has gone up and you now get less. Rather disappointed.

Easy to reach. Really good parking. Easy access. A great range of products from crockery to clothing. Plenty of very helpful staff who approached me with a smile. Good customer toilet facilities. Great little cafe. If you want to spend a pleasant time doing some retail therapy then this is a great place to start.

Rather enjoyed my recent experience in this outlet store. It always used to be full of M&S stuff but now there are so many brand and fashionable names that are selling at great prices. It's an easy place to shop and the staff are very friendly and helpful as well as being knowledgeable. Well done.

Good store for your named stuff at discounted prices. But be sure to do your home work cos we was going to buy a good branded kettle for £60 odd pound but when I googled it I found the same kettle with same product number for £20 pound on a well known Internet shop. But that's the exception not the rule you can still bag some real bargains.
