Disgusting customer service. My mum was removed from the shop because her online order was delivered damaged and the product was not what she expected, but the staff refused a return and removed her from the shop. She bought a 15 tog duvet for £95 but upon opening it she realised how thin the duvet was, and my mum has a 13 tog she bought two years ago for £75 and its much thicker. She wasnt happy with the product so went to the Wellingborough store to return. However since the staff saw it was open, they refused a return. My mum explained the situation; she didnt know the 15 tog would be lower quality than the 13 tog and wasn’t satisfied with the product. She believed it was a wrong duvet as it was way thinner. The supervisor did not want to acknowledge my mums reasoning and dealt with her rudely. Supervisor also mentioned she also returned a mattress topper recently. HOWEVER, that time the staff agreed it was faulty, and that the reviews were mostly negative. So not sure why that was mentioned? Made my mum seem like she buys and returns carelessly. My mum has never bought and returned something if she thinks its good. She had always shopped from Dunelm for a very long time; all her duvets and pillows are from Dunelm as she loves the quality and durability. She has never experienced such a degrading scene in her life. I am ashamed of the supervisors behaviour as she made ALL staff refuse to serve my mum. Its put her down mentally as she absolutely loves shopping in Dunelm, but the staff have now made her insecure to go inside ever again.

Made an online order for collection. Turned up to find that although their system said that they had stock they couldn't find it. They said Kettering had one but when I asked if they could get it sent to Wellingborough for me to collect at a later date I was told this was not possible as they don't move items between stores because things get lost all the time. They were not able to order another item to their store either for some reason. But they were able to offer me home delivery (I don't understand how if they can post it to my house they can't post it to their store.......) but they would charge me a delivery fee for this despite me wasting time and fuel driving to the store to collect. Whilst I was there there was a large line at the tills. Staff didn't seem to know how to log into the tills and I witnessed other customers having issues with online orders. Really poor service. This is why Amazon is doing so well. Won't be going back.

Just visited this stored. Joined the queue straight away as I needed to make an online return. I witnessed the cashier just stand there completely idle after seeing to the previous customer. I asked her if she was serving and then she called me over. I told her straight away that was unacceptable as there is a queue of people waiting to be served. Instead of apologising she defended her actions. This makes me feel as though Dunelm does not care about the customers. Making us look like idiots waiting to be served like cattle. We do not enjoy waiting for no reason. I did not come to Dunlem to stand in the queue idle however I understand we have to wait but to witness an ideal member of stand doing absolutely nothing is appalling. A manager came over and started discussing the matter right in front of the cashier which is an appealing management style. This is my experiance at Dunelm Wellingbourgh at 15:20 on 28 Dec 2022. I'm glad I do everything online however I had to go in for a return.

Nice place, easy to manoeuvre around. Always parking spaces outside as it's on a retail park. A toilet upstairs, and a lift is available for customer use. A small cafe upstairs too selling hot and cold food. Busiest times seem to be Saturdays... Many tills so service always seems to be fast..

Always a lovely store to visit and clean, great products. Very helpful young man and woman helped with getting some fabric found and cut, but when i visited 8th feb at 6.30-7pm and have to say a good propertion of the staff were all stood on the stairs for a good 15-20mins chatting 4/5 of them. I felt for the checkout operator who was alone and unable to seek help or leave the tills when needed. Dont begrudge a break etc but they need to find better places.. just wasnt a good look.

We bought a curtain rail last evening. My husband went to put it up today and there were no fixings included so he returned it and came home with another boxed up pole and this time there was part of the bracket missing! He will have todrive another 8 Miles each way to return it. We will have our money back this time! Cannot risk having to return another one. Used to like Dunelm but won't go there ever again!!!

A lovely young man served me in pausa this afternoon and with his smile, positive attitude and great enthusiasm made my lunch extremely enjoyable. He is the perfect example of what friendly staff should be!

Dunelms is always fabulous for great, great deals. The click and collect service is first rate and always available for swift collections of your orders. A massive range of household stock, bedding, kitchen stuff, electronics and appliances. Go and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

A lot more choice than what I was expecting and at some decent prices too . Need to go again after all the sales madness

Sale prices not clearly displayed and when asked the staff in store was told to go to the till to check. The staff in store were sorting out the reduced items I was enquiring about which was odd.

Quite judgemental staff. I went into buy a product. Refused service. Went to leave and they spoke about me on the their walkie talkies like I was a criminal. The woman on the tills threw me the dirtiest look I've ever had. Made me feel like animal. I don't rate this shop.

Most Dunelm stores have a good range of curtain/ blind accessories, sadly not this one very poor or next to none in stock which is annoying as there is no where else who stock such items for miles.

Great customer service. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. One star dropped for not having the items available in store or online, not Dunhelm's fault with current supply chain issues, but does have a negative effect on the customer experience.

It's a big store that sells housey type stuff. The better half loves it but I just want to run to the nearest bar and get wasted instead of wandering around here.

Sells bedding at extraordinarily high prices, and an astonishing variety of kitchen ‘stuff’ All overpriced but there are few other soft furnishing shops around so they can happily get away with it. The kitchen stuff is interesting if you enjoy avocado slicers, banana slicers and butter curlers. Essentially though it’s just “shiny” stuff to tempt people who are wandering bored. Also sells some pictures, ornaments, and some curtain stuff. Most exciting thing is the way the mezzanine floor bounces and rattles all the stuff. Just waiting for the day that a fat fat man decides to jump up and down and hear the crashing cups. Has a Coffee shop selling terrible coffee and cake. Even called is a rip off of Costa coffee called - Pausa coffee

Worst Dunelm branch I have ever visited. Three members of staff just stood chatting in an upstairs aisle with another staff member who was restocking cushions. Another staff member dropped a rolled up rug with nearly fell on my pregnant daughter! Out of date stock information online meant it was a complete waste of time anyway! Only redeemed by one extremely apologetic, helpful staff member! Just wish I had gotten her name.

Great store selling quality products at competitive prices. Friendly and helpful staff. Pay them a visit when looking for household goods.

Dunhelm have nice cafes with friendly staff and a reasonably good choice of items to grab a quick bite to eat whilst out shopping! We enjoyed coffees, toasted sandwiches and slices of cake at the Wellingborough branch this afternoon and a few days ago we had delicious soup at the Kettering branch. Highly recommended!
