Dr. Hanson corrected some under-eye tear trough fillers that another clinic had bodged, with accuracy and precision, and stupendous results. I'm so happy. He also did Thermage for neck and decolletage, also with great care and patience. I'm going to use Dr. Hanson for all aspects of non surgical facial aesthetics as he has a professional eye and a remarkable skill.

Could of done better this time round had my appointment time changed last minute, got sent the medical form just a few days before when had booked months in advance. My consultant seemed unaware why I had cancelled and had to rearrange the appointment. But most of all I felt that I should of been given a medical gown for modesty purposes when you are just standing there in your knickers! when you are paying £150 for a few minutes of the consultants time I would expect this as standard.

I visited this clinic last month to have my varicose veins looked at after years of body issues and feeling really embarressed about my legs. I can honestly say it was one of the worst experiences. I wasn't sent any confirmation and called several times but didn't receive anything. I arrived at the clinic at 3pm when I was told my appointment was, after a 2 hour drive to be told my appointment was at 11AM. I then had to wait outside for 2 hours for another appointment. The doctor I saw wasn't very personable or sensitive towards me. They didn't have a changing area and I was told to rip tissue from the bed I was lying on to wipe myself down after my scan. I had questions after but wasn't given any time to ask as the clinic was closing. I was given my consultation money back however for me it wasn't the money it was needing to have a good experience where I was comfortable and well looked after.

I had vaser lipo here with a doctor who was supposed to be an expert in his field. It still haunts me that I paid £4000 for something that was *completely* bogus. I had no result at all, and no follow up appointments. They were quick to grab my money but I really regret it, to this day. Please save your money or look for a place where patient care is prioritised over making money.

The staff here are absolutely wonderful. I have had no issues with any of them. From reception staff to admin (in particular Lucy Bennett who is wonderful) to the doctors, all have been lovely. Unfortunately, I have rated them three stars due to the constant changes made to my surgery and appointments. I was very excited to undergo a preservation septorhinoplasty here. However, my surgery and appointments have been cancelled or rescheduled multiple times because the doctor has a very busy schedule. I do not think this is fair as I was made to feel excited for something only for it to be cancelled. As a teacher, I have a busy schedule so can only do certain times. I have previously asked for time off from work oy for the surgery to be cancelled again. Regardless of this, I'd recommend them simply because of the friendliness and how welcome they make you feel.

I had the otoplasty procedure done by my Mr Lloyd and I couldn’t be any more happier! I am so pleased with how my new ears look, completely boosted my confidence. The whole experience was professional and Mr Lloyd was great made me feel so comfortable. Having had several IPL treatments with Maria at the Private Clinic, I can honestly say that I am totally thrilled with the results. Being in my early 50s I suddenly developed red blotches on my cheeks and nose (rosacea) and the treatment has really evened out my skin tone and given me back my confidence. Maria is very professional and super lovely despite all my questions. I felt very at ease and relaxed at all stages. I would thoroughly recommend Maria, the IPL treatment and the Clinic in general, as you are welcomed and well cared for the minute you walk through the door.

I recently had filler treatment with Dr Hanson at The Private Clinic. I am absolutely delighted with the results which are subtle and completely natural. Dr Hanson understood exactly what I was looking for couldn't have been more professional and understanding as to any concerns I had prior to the treatment. I had a course of Calecim hair treatment with Rumyana Atanasova recently over a six week period. Remarkably I started to get hair growth after two sessions and I can’t wait to see the final results after a four month period. She was absolutely amazing explaining everything that I would expect to experience during my treatment and I had every confidence in her treatment approach and expert knowledge. I would like to recommend Rumyana for her patience and expertise and for being such a professional caring individual. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to try this revolutionary new stem cell treatment.

Rude administration staff which I am surprised to encounter in a Harley Street clinic. The receptionist did such a lousy job arranging a patch test with a beauty participant, with whom apparently they can not get the schedule. Through the process the reception staff showed no care about their client's need. When I called up to find out what is going on, the lady was so impatient and kept interrupting me. Not a standard that you would expect from a long-operating Harley Street clinic. They need to hire some better people.

Nurse Marie Narsoomamode was super professional and the whole process was as painless as possible. I would highly recommend booking a procedure with her!

Dr Hanson is the best…Dr you could wish for … what ever he does there is never any pain or bruising…. I will not trust other clinic or doctor (even though all the doctors are fantastic) can’t recommend enough

Dr Raja and The Private Clinic were great they went through the process and answered all of my questions, the procedure was long but went well and I am happy with the end result so far. Aftercare was OK.

Charged me £100 consultation fee on zoom. Couldnt get through. Literally a conversation where the surgeon managed to see my hair for 3 seconds,but 18 months prior told me i needed 800 grafts now 3500 grafts. Price was double the price and triple the hair transplanted Cant believe i paid £100 for a 6 minute phonecall.

(This is edited feedback) After having shared some of my negative comments and raising issues with the booking of Hair Laser Removal treatment, I have received an instant response and all my issues were actioned and resolved immediately by the Clinic Manager. I was contacted by Alicia, who was very understanding of the situation. Alicia and her colleague Emilia did their absolute best to reassure me and to address all my concerns - they made sure I was looked after from that point on and they arranged all my sessions in advance, which is greatly appreciated as I often travel for work Nationally, so it makes it all very convenient. In addition, Alicia proposed a kind gesture of goodwill in the form of adding some extra sessions on top of my package. This was unexpected but very well received and, undoubtably, set a good tone for my future visits to the clinic. I very much look forward to be treated in the Private Clinic of Harley Street as I am sure I will be looked after. I appreciate the prompt response and all the help I have received from the team! My experience at The Private Clinic was entirely enjoyable. Being someone fascinated with the FUE procedure, I was please to find that Dr. Raja and his team were more than happy to answer my questions and talk to me about what they were doing throughout. I was made to feel comfortable and kept in the loop with each stage of the process. I was given all the information I needed about the aftercare and provided with all the necessary items to handle recovery on my own. I found the staff throughout the clinic to be friendly and helpful and the building itself feels like a hotel. The FUE results I have at 14 months are incredibly impressive and I'm pleased I chose The Private Clinic for the procedure.

Very professional and friendly. Extremely clean and welcoming offices. I am a repeat customer and couldnt be happier with Dr Hanson. He listens carefully and it is easy to talk to him about whatever you want to address. The underarm treatment for excessive sweating has changed my social interaction from night to day. Im no longer anxious about perspiration appearing on my shirt (which in turn made me perspire!) Highly recommend a visit if there is anything you want to discuss.

I got the veins under my eyes removed and Marie did a fantastic job doing it. She even did an extra session for me to remove them fully, as she didn't want to do it all in one go. She's very easy to get in touch with and was happy to call me to reassure me of any worries I had.

I had a breast augmentation done by Dr Navid Jalali in May 2021. I couldn't be happier with the results. To have a natural look was really important to me and Dr Jalali really listened to what i wanted and gave advice. I had 420CC implants, so they have made a big difference, but they look incredibly natural, all of my friends have been amazed by how good my results are (and also very happy for me, it has also given them the confidence to make enquiries with the private clinic to make some changes they have wanted for some time, but been too worried/not known where to go). The private clinic really look after their patients, every communication i have had with them from small queries to follow up after surgery has been faultless.
