Loads of variety of bedroom, kitchen, bedding, household items-reasonably priced from this outlet. Near to a lot of other stores in the st James retail park region and lots of parking spaces too.Two floors to conquer but don’t let that put you off as the variety there is huge!!!Recommended- kg1 production….

Large selection of housewares, furniture, and bedding, along with some garden accessories and chairs. Employees were sparse, so we were pretty much on our own for finding things. The ones we spoke with were pleasant, however. It's in a strip mall with a number of furniture stores and some fast food places.

A great range of homewares, including small appliances, bedding, bathroom and laundry supplies, window treatments, & decorative pieces. Everything for uni students decking out a new accommodation was there in one place. They even had some festive seasonal decorations (so I grabbed some decorative pumpkins). There was a cafe upstairs. The only problem was their lift/elevator wasn't working. So if you're not able bodied, you might not be able to access the whole store. However, if you can climb stairs, there is a great range of things to explore. You can get some cold drinks and treats down stairs if you need to.

Excellent, well stocked store. Good quality bedding, towels curtains, etc.. I could easily overspend in here, in fact, I nearly did! Staff helpful, friendly, yet professional. Best place for homewards, in my view.

Got most things, pleased artificial flowers cheaper than Sainsbury's. But no wood wipes, or size c rubbish bags again. Staff nice.

Great inventory. But, my mission : curtains was particularly difficult organised by patterns combined rather than eyelet and whichever one I needed 🤣 It took about 20mins for find 3 sets of curtains.

Amazing service from the girls on shift today, especially jade! I’m currently injured and unable to walk and they were super accommodating and helpful (compared to some other stores we have been to today). They provided a wheel chair and helped us navigate the store, jade even took stuff in trolleys for us and helped us back to our car.

I love dunelm and always enjoy a coffee and bacon bap during shopping. The one star is for the children's sandwiches. £2.45 for 1 slice of bread with cheese and ham, no wonder kids eat free after 3pm....those of us that visit earlier with our little ones are paying for them. Not impressed, but everything else is a fair price and tasty.

I'm giving the shop 4 star's because two members of the staff were pretty rude and I was hit with a disgust reaction from them...the cashier was absolutely lovely and nice...the store is nice, nice prices, nice products, I will be going back there just hope I won't run into that staff again 😁

Went in for click and collect items. Lady on till called for another member of staff as 'if I come off the app on my handset it will be a faff to log back in to it as it's so long winded.' This was all said in a tone of voice to suggest I was being a nightmare customer expecting to be served. Another member of staff came to help. I was asked to move out the way whilst she moaned that she now had to go through faffy process as other girl hadn't arrived quickly enough. NOT A PLEASANT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. If I hadn't already paid for items I'd have walked out and gone elsewhere. Will think twice about shopping here again.

Net curtains are a pain to say the least ! Gave our measurements and the young lady helped with calculations and was spot on when we got them home and installed 👌 great service well done

Great as usual, always good for a Cupocciana and Lemon Mergine if I can't resist it, and shopping is good but toilets could definitely be better.

Dunelm has quality products at reasonable prices. I love their bedding for my boys room. I ordered though click and collect and it was very easy to collect at the front of the store. You can find there anything from bedding and curtains to kitchen cutlery and Christmas decorations. Upstairs there is a Cafe. Plenty of parking spaces.

Ordered two rugs to click and collect. One was then cancelled because it wasn't in stock. Decided to visit the store and chose a replacement while picking up the other one, and chose something off the shelf. The problem was the staff. It took 25 minutes to find the new rug. Eventually a senior member of staff came in and sorted it all out, but it was embarrassing. Then, there was a 10 minute wait at the tills. Plenty of staff were hovering around, but only one of them was serving. So all in all, not great. I got what I went for, eventually, but the experience was like pulling teeth.

Generally a good experience. Quite busy but not unbearable. But I was disappointed to find out while doing my xmas wrapping that the baby bedding I bought had been marked up in price from £9 to £12. I'm guessing this was because it's xmas?

I don't normally write reviews but feel that excellent customer service should be highlighted (especially these days!) I asked Tanya today if they had any linen ottomans left in grey and she sourced and procured one for me from the warehouse. This makes a change from most customer advisors who (when asked if an item is in stock) just say "If its not out front we don't have it" Tanya went over and above for me and really made my shopping experience a pleasure. She is a credit to Dunelm!

I've now had two visits where two different cashiers have provided really disappointing service and shouldnt be on tills. This particular person I'm writing about is an older woman, short with grey hair. She always appears quite scary in her mannerism and always has an unhappy face. Ive seen her many times behind the tills and always wonder why she is there. It was unfortunate that she had to serve me the other day as it really upset me and affected my day. Fistly told me to wait because she was talking on her headphones to someone else in the store which appeared to put her in a bad mood. Then when she was done she told me to wait again in an abrupt way and went to speak to someone else. Leaving me in a bit of a limbo. She took ages so i decided I would go to the next till and be served by someone else. Soon as I've done that she appeared at her station and decided to serve the next customer. She didn't apologise for keeping me waiting or acknowledge it in any way. She avoided looking at me and that makes me think she was maybe not keen on serving me at all. Please give this woman something to make her improve her customer service skills or put her in the stockroom as she has no interest in being nice or in showing any interpersonal skills to paying customers which should be the standard in the retail. Alternatively please introduce self service tills as I would rather deal with a machine than her any day!

You're average Dunelm. Lots of stock at reasonable prices with plenty of staff around to help if needed. It is quite tight though to walk around, especially if you're going to be pushing around large stock.

Good selection of a large variety of household items at a competitive price. Good quality items. Staff very helpful despite being busy at the time of visiting.

A friend went to the cafe. I stood at the counter. The girl was making drinks so I was waiting patiently because I know It takes time but she didn't even acknowledge me. Another lady arrived at the counter and the girl in the kitchen came out. The other lady asked for serviettes and the girl grunted and brought some but didn't speak. Neither of them spoke to me at all so I just left feeling invisible. I have been there before and not had a problem.

Buying sheets and duvet covers. Told couldn't bring them back if taken out of the wrapper unless they were faulty. Staff clearly didn't know which sheets would fitt properly All due to covud which is a ridiculous claim. Put them back !! All items should have stickers on the rear packaging saying this but not one if mine did.

A pleasant experience with enough assistants on the floor to offer advice. Unfortunately, one item I wanted was out of stock but I was advised to order on line and be vigilant for a big delivery Monday.

Reguary shop dunelms and we used to have coffee there but haven't been able to go in because of the toilets being out of order now for nearly 2 weeks which is unacceptable also hours have changed for the coffee shop from 9 to 10am so all in all dissapounted and shopping and coffee elsewhere

Nice and tidy store. Very helpful staff at the tills. However, been unhappy with some with my items ordered online, but the girl on shift was quite polite and helped with an refund. Definitely will recommend their products as most of them are good quality and at reliable prices.

Relaxing but oh so slow, I mean painfully slow. Could do with more staff I think. Food choice limited but ok. They do not supply cream for cakes but if you ask they will, strange why they don't. Plates, too small. Come on, good slice of cake spoilt because keeping it on a plate is too challenging. Expensive.

As usual, I popped into Duhelm to buy one item, a peg bag, and came out with several useful items. So much more that I want to buy later in store. Happy shopping .

The Dunelm in Kettering is beautiful However the café is where I went I can't believe one staff Customers waiting Poor lady she is taking orders, making drink, and prepping food. Lovely patient lady But I don't like the wait. Please get more staff for Xmas at least! Food and drinks always nice though.

Awful ordered a blind in store two weeks ago. Heard nothing, went back to store to find out order hadn't gone through. Ordered directly on line and received email to say problem and refunding payment. Went into store and was in stock and purchased. What a long winded journey.

Nothing special. Just a regular Dunelm. Whole range of home furnishings soft and hard. And the cafe too

Easy to park. You do have to be quick in terms of purchasing a mattress topper as they go quick. I'd been in every week for 3 weeks. Finally had my item in stock. Can be a bit pricey so best to shop around before you visit. You can order online. Assistants were very helpful.
