Very unprofessional woman as a sales manager. Carol Taylor was very abrupt and uninterested in talking about serviced offices. She terminated the phone call when mentioning her unapproachable manner

As a Goldcard International business lounge holder I feel very unwelcomed at this office which is a shame as it is my local, I even rented space on a few occasions to see if that would change there attitude towards me but it was a terrible experience and didn't improve there attitude towards me. I'll use other regus offices around or change brand instead for a few years until the admin team inevitably change. They are nice enough staff, it is a good office with a nice cafe, but when I feel not welcome even to somewhere I have every right to use I still won't go.

Very unprofessional outfit. Staff that do not try to talk to you. Have to remind staff of problem despite notes in front of them. Even then treatment was to a part of the joint that was not affected. Advised exercises were sent in an email. Email consisted of 12 exercises with no advice on which ones to concentrate on. No guidance from the physio. Even a request for a diagnosis was circumvented by the staff. Had three sessions so far to no improvement. Went private and had an 80% improvement in 1 session. Will not be returning. Thank you for wasting my time and my companies money!

32C in Regus Bracknell comm room since 21 March 2017. They keep the comms room door open with a Fire Extinguisher to keep it cool instead of installing a new AC unit, breaching Health & Safety and security regulations! Appalling service.

Really poor. I moved out 2 months ago, the exit charges are absolutely astounding, yet we are still waiting for our deposit back. The building is tired, lifts and air con is often out of service. Avoid.

Would avoid visiting this facility for any meetings - the parking regime and the charging structure are effectively a scam.

All the Regus Arlington Square Staff are always really helpful and will go the extra mile. I know like all customers we can be quite demanding at times and they always are very helpful with our needs, I am sure that at times their role is not as easy as they all make it look.

Good building with a nice cafe, a great Regus team and a good area to work in

Professional offices, staffed with polite personnel. It's probably whats needed from a ready to run office space. The parking space is well laid out and plenty. Visitors parking spots are adequate. An atrium and a small food court completes the picture. The insides feel designed like a shoebox with little natural ventilation. Very accessible by trains to central london and Heathrow.

terrible service phone lines never work are not answered. complained 2 or 3 times now and no reply. could lose your business thousands....

Very large Business Lounge, Atrium and a food Bar. Great for meetings. Walking district from Railway Station and Bracknell Town Centre.
