Currently
still
waiting
for
a
response
to
a
leaking
seal
issue
on
our
V2
hot
tub,
have
emailed
and
called,
told
this
has
been
passed
up
the
line
but
no
response
to
emails.
Have
now
looked
at
going
to
card
company
to
gain
a
full
refund.
This
is
our
second
Canadian
Spa
our
first
Muskoka
lasted
over
10
years
this
swift
V2
has
had
a
lid
fall
apart
in
the
first
3
months
and
now
a
liner
seal
means
topping
up
a
quarter
of
the
pool
daily.
I
would
currently
not
be
recommending
anyone
get
a
portable
hot
tub
from
Canadian
Spa,
Quality
poor,
customer
service
terrible,
close
to
writing
to
Watchdog.
or
Joe
Lycett
perhaps
they
might
have
more
luck.
awaiting
reply
but
not
holding
my
breath.
UPDATE
have
had
a
call
and
given
three
options,
wait
several
months
for
the
replacement
liner,
upgrade
to
the
swift
current
or
refund.
Promised
an
email
from
Alex
but
again
seem
to
have
been
forgotten,
sent
another
email
and
left
a
message.
Have
asked
for
a
refund
as
cannot
trust
the
poor
quality
of
the
products
following
a
decade
with
the
previous.
Further
Update!!!
After
another
3
weeks
of
no
contact
we
have
gone
to
the
credit
card
company
to
reclaim
the
full
cost
of
the
still
leaking
spa.
I
am
now
considering
small
claims
court
for
cost
of
continually
heating
the
water
that
has
to
be
replaced
regularly.
With
two
disabled
sons
the
spa
should
have
been
an
absolute
godsend
like
our
previous
Muskoka
but
quality
control
has
obviously
been
removed
over
the
last
couple
of
years.
Letter
sent
to
watchdog
as
looking
at
the
reviews
I
am
not
the
only
one
fed
up
with
very
poor
customer
service.
YET
AGAIN
Finally
had
an
email
and
response
to
my
review.
If
the
company
checked
my
raised
tickets
they
would
see
that
it
started
at
the
beginning
of
April
2
months
inside
of
the
one
year
Manufactorers
warranty,
now
wanting
more
information
and
images,
a
repeat
of
what
i
had
already
sent
over
the
last
5
months,
Promises
made
of
emails
from
Ali
did
not
materialise
including
his
offer
of
a
refund.
Looks
like
a
resolution
might
take
another
5
months
still
now
awaiting
response
from
credit
card
company
for
refund
for
faulty
goods.
Would
not
recommend
Canadian
spa
based
on
current
products
obviously
made
cheaply
not
like
our
old
Muskoka
that
lasted
over
ten
years.
