    I am seriously disappointed with the service I still haven't received after My hot tub broke over 10 days ago. I rang to be told all operators are on line why are they not on the phones!! And why am am still waiting for my repair. This machine has not even been used for more than 13 months. Why i sit breaking down already. This was a very expensive piece of equipment I am very disappointed with the product and service. I wish had gone wil a cheaper model now.. Having read some of these reviews it would appear that you are struggling with the lockdown. But that doesn't mean that you can't call me back or email me or let me know how I may or may not rectify my issue.

    Person I dealt with at Canadian Spa Company: Adam Miller I went to switch on my hot tub after being off for a few months and hasn't got any power showing on the display. I have corresponded with Adam before in 2021 when we had a new pump fitted and job done well and no complaints Good Points this time: asked me to send some pictures and gave me some trouble shooting advice by email. After trying these i confirmed they hadn't worked and would like them to attend and repair. Now onto the bad customer service this time: Adam informed me i would have to pay for all possible faulty parts before they came out and then they would refund me once the job was done for any parts not used! Circuit board £390 top display £150 plus call out and first hour fee which is £160 plus there might be some other parts i need to pay for before they attend just in case. This is my email i sent to Adam: Hi Adam So I have this correct. You want me to pay for various parts that it COULD be and then the engineer attends and you credit me back the cost of the parts not used. Two of the items you quoted to me on the phone would have been over £500 plus you wanted £160 call out and first hour fee. So minimum you wanted me to pay UP FRONT is £650! As for your statement ‘that’s how it used to be done’ is laughable. I wouldn’t mind but you have been out to me before to replace a pump and there wasn't a problem with payment etc. His reply: YOU ARE CORRECT yes originally an engineer would visit and charge while on site but that has changed I asked what it had changed? His reply: Hi Adrian, management discretion Thanks Adam Miller I HAVE NEVER HEARD of this before. Pay for all the parts in MIGHT BE and then we will come out to take a look.     After numerous emails and unanswered phone calls, we wrote to you asking for a refund as our Swift V2 is not fit for purpose. You did ring us on June 30th asking if we would like a replacement liner as you admitted that you knew what our issue was. We have declined this offer and confirmed again that we want a full refund. Ali said he was going to speak to his manager and ring us back. Again we have heard nothing from you. I understand that it has been extremely busy, your good at taking the money just very bad at refunding it, why is this???? I've never experienced such poor customer service!!!

    Replaced a hot tub we had trouble free for 15 years with one from Canadian Spa and problems started just before warranty ran out. Tub has had 3 heaters and the latest has just gone after 6 months. In spite of these problems being ongoing from problem within guarantee period being told the part has 12 months guarantee they now want £160 to fix it. Also in the last few months 15 of the 44 jets have come out and sunk to the bottom of the tub. The plastic in them has disintegrated. Horrendous customer service with a ‘blame the customer’ attitude. £7000 paid out for a hot tub that is not fit for purpose. Buyers beware! All sounds good and quick to take your ,ones but you are buying a lifetime of problems. Check out reviews on Trustpilot and Canadian Spa owners Facebook page before you part with your money. I note most of the positive reviews on here are from people who are in the ‘honeymoon’ period having had their spa or tub a few months. We were equally happy for the first 18 months and then the problems started - just as the warranty comes to an end. These products are very poor quality and therefore do not last. They are a money pit. Before you purchase really do your research, check out reviews and do not pay too much attention to reviews on the company page as they are sanitized. My reviews were removed and I have been blocked so that says a great deal. Buyer BEWARE.

    Was sceptical when ordering my Sauna ,Had to wait ages for it to arrive due to covid. The wait was well worth it,Great service brilliant price and best of all is the Sauna itself i was blown away on how great it preforms compared to the ones you pour water on. Best thing i have invested in a number of years ,Hopefully it will last us a fair few years.

    Craig & Alfie delivered and installed my Canadian spa gazebo for my hot tub today. They kept everything really tidy and done a spot on job so thanks lads.     Take your money, but after sales service is really poor, never turn up to repair it under warranty, staff dont know how to repair it, no communication at all, we have to chase and chase, would not recomend at all.

    We had a breakdown in early April. Still waiting for a repair after 7 weeks. The spa is still under warranty and they promised to help us. Since then we were sent the wrong part and they appear to be ignoring all calls and emails. Very poor customer service!

    I recently purchased a Grand Rapids hot tub From Canadian spa company and had a slight Issue with the inner bladder. I contacted them And within days it was resolved. Their after sales team is exceptional many thanks to Ali for sorting this problem out for me especially in these difficult times (covid-19) once again many thanks and I would recommend you to anyone for all your spa products.

    Omg where do I start!!! After buying the Rio grand portable spa from the Range 3 weeks ago we are still without a working spa. On full assemble of the spa complete with filling it, it began to leak. We then emptied it and tightened all the hose connections and filled again it still leaked. We then contacted Canadian spa uk who agreed to exchange the inner liner and bottom liner. After a week we received our parcel to no avail they sent the wrong one. I contacting the company again they then said they will send the correct one ‘hay ho’ it arrived well half of it did. Now my calls are being ignored. To say we are infuriated is an understatement. I have never known such incompetence. I would not even give this company 1star. Follow on review My opinion of this company remains at 1 * or less. Following a video call from Troy the owner who told us we had installed the the water hose incorrectly we did as he told us to correct it to no avail. The spa still leaks we are still waiting for our replacement new tub as the one they sent us was a dirty dusty ex display one and now being ignored again. I really don’t know how they get away with the after care service they provide don’t waste your money

    We purchased our hot tub from The guys at Canada Spa a couple of years back. Had an issue with our RCD. I called and Spoke with Ali. Knew exactly the part and was quick and efficient at sorting out the replacement part. Canada Spa for me always goes above and beyond. This is my second from them and will remain loyal for such good customer service.

    I am totally lost for words, placed my order in may on the pretext of delivery mid June now apparently after weeks of patiently waiting only to find out after making an enquiry they have made a mistake and container now not arriving until July. I have cancelled my order and requested a refund. Buyers be aware let's see how long it takes for my refund to hit my account considering it left instantly on purchase Big fat zero for customer service a simple email would have been polite to notify customers of your incompetence

    I bought a hot tub through Richard Dyas and got a fantastic deal. I contacted canadian spa to arrange delivery as requested.At first I got through to Tony who was helpful He assured me delivery and installation would be arranged as soon as the order had gone through. I spent a further two weeks trying to get through to arrange my £700 delivery and installation with no luck whatsoever. One Friday while I was at work my wife called me to say the tub had arrived and was dropped at the bottom of my drive LOL Left work early and contacted a friend who helped me drag the tub up the drive through a fence and finally in to position. Fantastic hot tub so far but the worst customer service ever. Don't even know the make of the tub. Hope it doesent break down soon as I think the warranty won't be as promised. Still waiting for the call from Canadian Spa Lol

    Follow on comment from review and reply given. No fault with water chemistry. 15 years trouble free experience maintaining chemistry of water with a hot tub prior to owning this one. The many positive reviews are given in the very early stages of receiving and enjoying the benefits of a hot tub. The true test is the quality of the equipment, the faults that occur very early on and follow up service to deal with the problems. Heater was replaced within warranty and no problem identified by engineer with the water chemistry. The 15 jets were replaced after 2 months of emails back and forth to get the issues resolved. Remaining jets are also disintegrating. You only need to see the negative reviews on here and other review sites to realise that these products are not built to last and go wrong approaching the end/just out of warranty. Then you are left high and dry. Check out trust pilot also and other hot tub forums. Cannot give no stars so had to give one to post review. The jets were only received because I persevered with the issue of the hot tub not being fit for purpose. It was only when I said I would use social media to see if other people had experienced problems similar that the jets were replaced to make me go away. The delays were definitely NOT due to lockdown or you waiting for pictures! I have repeatedly stated the hot tub I have is NOT fit for purpose. The water is has been tested and checked weekly and has NEVER been over-chlorinated. The thin, flimsy faulty jets were never returned to you and at no time when the heater has been replaced did your engineer carry out a water test and indicate the water was over chlorinated. The fact that days later the 4th heater failed within guarantee and you insisted on charging £160 to attend to replace it made me resolve to make others aware of the problems. I do not believe this hot tub is fit for purpose. You do not stand by the guarantee for parts - suggesting we remove it and send it to you ourselves is not the answer. We are not hot tub technicians and were we to do this you would say we had caused damage. There are many, many people in a similar position to us with faulty products. The water has never been over chlorinated. You have stopped responding to my emails and told me that as I have given a negative- albeit truthful - review you will no longer deal with me.

    Absolutely shocking company. Returned Toronto SE Hot Tub as SE upgrade misrepresented. Ordered standard version via large retailer. Having to claim refund upgrade cost via Credit Card separate for SE upgrade, paid directly to Canadian Spa, on Toronto Hot-tub as they have not issued refund and don’t answer any communications although item collected. Received comparison video in upgrade offer but the model featured in video is not UK spec; the so called unique feature demonstrated in the video link I received as 2 x 2 speed pumps is pure fiction in the UK. These are the most dishonest and rude people I have ever had misfortune to purchase from. I would recommend you cancel your order; get refund and run as fast as you can if not delivered yet.

    We ordered a Toronto hot tub from B&Q and upgraded to the Toronto SE. The after sales service was managed by Canadian Spa directly and they have been fantastic. Tony was wonderful at keeping me informed with updates about my order and installation date during lockdown. On the day of installation, Graham and his team arrived and were very helpful with their advice about which way round we should position the hot tub for use. I am difficult to please but I could not fault them. They also explained what we need to do to maintain it. The hot tub itself is lovely. The built in speakers and coloured lights are a nice touch. We love it!

    If I could I would give this company no stars! They are willing to take your money for their products which, to be fair, look good until you actually use them. I have a Sauna which is not fit for purpose. Tried contacting them by email and telephone loads of time but they are never available! Resorting to Trading Standards now but I advise prospective customers-DONT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE!! I see that they have a few good reviews on here I can only imagine they wrote them themselves!

    After a little wait for the delivery of my Chilliwack sauna, no reflection on Canadian Spa Uk I hasten to add, I was total blown away by the quality and ease of assembly. Within an hour and a half of delivery I having my first sauna. Just what I needed in these Covid lockdown times and I would totally recommend this product/company to supply what it says on the packet.

    We recently purchased the Torronto SE from canadian spa. I would not hesitate in highly recommending this company. The service was amazing from start to finish. From Gary who tried his best to repair our Hot tub that we had been so happy with for over 9 years to Adam who tried his absolute best to find us a suitable replacement and the delivery team who helped position and set up our spa. Amazing service, excellent team and very good quality product. (Much more powerful than the standard addition with the 2 pumps and several features have been upgraded since our first purchase 9 years ago.) Love the blue tooth speakers and additional lighting in the headrests/ cup holders. Thank you Adam and the team at canadian spa

    HIGHLY RECOMMENDED We bought our first hot tub from Canadian Spa and couldn't be happier with the product or the whole process. We bought the Toronto through the B&Q offer and upgraded to the SE. Having spent a long time researching spa options from local and national companies this is incredibly good value for money. Tony and his team are hugely knowledgeable and helpful and kept us informed about the delivery and installation process which was seamless and low stress. We bought some surrounding spa furniture- also highly recommended. One item was slightly defective and without hesitation customer service arranged for this to be collected and a replacement supplied. Overall I doubt that you fill find better quality or value for money spas and it is always reassuring to purchase it from a company that puts its customers first.

    I bought the Chilliwack 2 IR sauna and was pleased with the service provided. I was able to try out in the showroom and whilst it was too big to fit in my large estate car, Canadian Spa had it delivered to me free the next day. A good product that i had built in 30 mins and very pleased with its easy operation and quick heat up.

    Bought the Toronto hot tub through B&Q last summer. They put me in contact with Tony who offered me an upgrade to the 2 pump special edition hot tub at a significantly better price than can be bought elsewhere. The hot tub is excellent - lots of jets, spacious, good sound system etc. Tony has been great helping with any questions since my purchase also e.g. around chemicals, causes of foaming etc. Delivery was very straight forward and installation was very quick, the main thing was to get the wiring in place beforehand. Worth noting that when based in Ireland, the hot tub is delivered by Canadian Spa Ireland and arrangements for delivery go through them (separate company). Overall, delighted with the hot tub :)

    I have been looking for a hot tub for probably 2 years. I Have to say when I finally decided to buy a hot tub, I can honestly say I went to the right people. The tub itself is excellent. It’s the Winnipeg Model. Plug and play and easy to use and maintain. The guys at Canadian Spa sent me pictures of the tub as I could not visit due to the current situation with social distancing. I made the decision straight away that it was the one for me. It was in stock, it was an ex demo, so the guys gave me a reduction on the purchase price. This sat right on my budget, and they kindly threw in some steps and a starter kit, and had the hot tub delivered the next day. The delivery driver was a nice guy, and did a professional job taking the tub off the van and helping me locate it in the garden. The hot tub was up and running 8 hours later. Easy to fill, make sure you follow the correct instructions to fill so you don’t get air blocks. And hey presto the tub was ready. Kids love the tub, Mrs is over the moon. It did not totally break the bank balance, and the support I have had since my first interaction with Tony and and the team at Canadian Spa has been extremely professional. Given the pressure these guys are under at the moment you just can not fault them !!! The product is fantastic! Not too many features that you just can’t understand! Great Bluetooth set up. Speaker Quality is great ! Nice mood lights, and pretty cool waterfall. Light up pillows is a nice touch along with 2 light up glass holders. Powerful jets, great seating position and configuration. No need for an Electrician as we had an outside Plug. Filter system easy to follow and tub is not a cheap plastics tub. I have seen so many in the past. The quality of the shell is amazing. We had a few minor marks that were easily t-cut out. So I have a perfect tub for a grease price. Well done guys at Canadian Spa. You definitely get the thumbs up fro me !

    Ordered a Swift V2 from a third party early April to find out no stock till June ! I contacted Canadian Spa directly who were very sympathetic and tried very hard to resolve my issue which was through no fault of their own. I eventually came to the decision to buy the Okanagan which the manager Troy managed to get it delivered the very next day. Wow, what a beautifully put together Hot Tub. Filled with water added chemicals plugged it in and next morning was sat in tub totally stress free. Thankyou Canadian Spa and especially Troy who makes it happen. Oh by the way daughter is also thrilled as she will be the proud owner of a Swift V2 come June

    Purchased a Canadian Spa Swift from them, delivery was extremely fast. Had a slight issue with a leak, so contact Canadian spa and within days they had it sorted, new liner sent out without any hassle and extremely fast service once again. Great customer care, and followed up to confirm as well. The item it’s self is fantastic, very well made and will get loads of use. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

    We bought a Swift Current V2 hot tub from Canadian Spa Company, but when I came to fit it up we found that the PCU kept cutting out and showing an error. After contacting them, their troubleshooting guy (Ali) went through a whole list of possible solutions with me. This took a few days and was a bit of a pain, but obviously we had to follow the process. In the end, it was determined that the unit was indeed faulty and Ali then arranged for a change-over of the PCU for us. We now have a fully working hot tub which we are very pleased with. Many thanks to Ali for the excellent service.

    First of all id just like to say many thanks to Tony who was so helpful, when I was deciding to buy a hot tub tony answered all my questions and any doubt's I had, the service was second to none absolutely brilliant on the day of delivery Gary who installed the hot tub was friendly and very professional and once the hot tub was up and running explained everything I needed to know very clearly top guy. me and my family love the hot tub my 5 year old is wanting to be in it all the time, I got the Toronto hot tub for my 50th birthday from my wife and I couldn't of asked for a better present its a fantastic product again many thanks to Tony and Gary at Canadian spa company

    I rang up to ask a few questions about the jasper sauna and Spoke to a very helpful gentleman who placed my order last tuesday. My sauna arrived two days later. It was so easy to put together... 20 mins max... I was a bit worried after I placed my order and reading a few reviews about the company, but I can not fault them. Would definately reccomend the jasper sauna and would buy from them again. Thank you.

    We have had two hot tubs from Canadian Spa and in all cases they have provided good value for money and fantastic customer service. Recently, we had an issue with the RCD power cable for our Gander Spa and Ali was very quick to respond and get a replacement sent out. The process of changing it was also very straightforward once you got the side off of the unit. I wish other vendors were as quick to respond!

    Absolutely shocking customer service. Had the spa a little over 30 days. I called up to report 2 faults (lid keeps deflating and also unit keeps cutting out). The first man just said well that’s why we send spare valves as this happens 90% of the time. I asked for the gent that sold it to me (Xavier) and he was ultra rude. His response was it’s out of returns. He was also started to get very agitated with me asking why I’d asked for him. Then I asked to make a complaint…..I asked what the turn around time for this would be and he rudely told me he was putting the phone down and ended the call. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Shocking behaviour and treatment!

    We purchased the Grand Rapids hot tub from B&Q. Once set up we had some problems getting the heater to work. We placed a customer service ticket so we could get the issue sorted asap. The team came back the next day and agreed to send a replacement that arrived by courier the following day. We now have a fully functioning hot tub that the whole family enjoy. Nice to know there is still good customer service out there.

    I received outstanding services from my initial contact via their online site chat widget to our delivery – which was soooooo quick, just a matter of days. Item bought: a new hot tub cover (much thicker than my original old one, and also included a full length seam insulation which the old one didn't have). We can now have a nice and warm Christmas Eve soak!

    Currently still waiting for a response to a leaking seal issue on our V2 hot tub, have emailed and called, told this has been passed up the line but no response to emails. Have now looked at going to card company to gain a full refund. This is our second Canadian Spa our first Muskoka lasted over 10 years this swift V2 has had a lid fall apart in the first 3 months and now a liner seal means topping up a quarter of the pool daily. I would currently not be recommending anyone get a portable hot tub from Canadian Spa, Quality poor, customer service terrible, close to writing to Watchdog. or Joe Lycett perhaps they might have more luck. awaiting reply but not holding my breath. UPDATE have had a call and given three options, wait several months for the replacement liner, upgrade to the swift current or refund. Promised an email from Alex but again seem to have been forgotten, sent another email and left a message. Have asked for a refund as cannot trust the poor quality of the products following a decade with the previous. Further Update!!! After another 3 weeks of no contact we have gone to the credit card company to reclaim the full cost of the still leaking spa. I am now considering small claims court for cost of continually heating the water that has to be replaced regularly. With two disabled sons the spa should have been an absolute godsend like our previous Muskoka but quality control has obviously been removed over the last couple of years. Letter sent to watchdog as looking at the reviews I am not the only one fed up with very poor customer service. YET AGAIN Finally had an email and response to my review. If the company checked my raised tickets they would see that it started at the beginning of April 2 months inside of the one year Manufactorers warranty, now wanting more information and images, a repeat of what i had already sent over the last 5 months, Promises made of emails from Ali did not materialise including his offer of a refund. Looks like a resolution might take another 5 months still now awaiting response from credit card company for refund for faulty goods. Would not recommend Canadian spa based on current products obviously made cheaply not like our old Muskoka that lasted over ten years. and exceptionally poor customer service

    Awful customer service to be honest. I raised a ticket(85377) on June 06th regarding a portable pcu not working. I have emailed them twice but no response. It is now the 16th July and still no response. I know it's busy during these times but come on eh....! Any chance of some sevice?

    ***. TERRIBLE SERVICE PLEASE AVOID *** Bought a hot tub cover which started to leak. Was promised a replacement in writing back in MAY, but still waiting, initially telling me they are not in stock! Correspondence is awful, now taking a small claims against them as they won't reply to me. You have been warned!!

    Whole Sumer wasted!!! Ordered hot tub in May with lead time of 3 weeks. Finally offered another type in July when still no sign of the tub ordered. Dozens of emails unanswered and very poor communication!! Had no option but to cancel and go elsewhere (prob 2021 now!!). I know there was a lockdown on during this period but not difficult to reply to emails and keep their customers informed of what is going on. Let yourselves down big time and list out on sale,

    Where to start man was rude on the phone to me after I just spent 7900 beware they will take your money and say hot tubs are in stock but there not the wait is just as long as all the others selling hot tubs for mich less

    Ordered our hot tub cover 3 days ago arrived today , fantastic quality , fits our tub like a glove , great communication and delivery time , would definitely recommend these guys 5 stars !

    I purchased my Swift hot tub in April, great hot tub but after sales service is appalling! I opened a ticket for a problem on 2nd May and to this date have had no response from Canadian Spa! I have left messages in the answer phone, emailed a number of times and even messaged through Facebook to no avail. The only reason I am leaving 1 star is it’s a good hot tub, apart from the lid!
