Really helpful staff who are obliging. Lovely selection of curtains which are over two floors but it gives you great ideas for bedrooms. Also nice selection of net curtains which Ashley was more than happy to display the roll on the table. Thanks Dunelm team.

Went to Dunelm on Sunday in Nuneaton to get home in Wiltshire after buying blinds to fixtures missing phoned the shop and the girl was lovely and went above and beyond to get new fixtures sent to me also a thank you to the manager for approving this ..Fantastic service from the store we will be visiting again , thank you again

Can alter curtain length but not width so what's the point and accused us of stealing our own curtains that we brought in to be altered. Altogether not a successful visit.

I queued for 10 minutes for the one till that was open only to find seven staff outside in the sun playing with their phones when I left. When I got home I peeled the £8 price label off to reveal the original £6 label. This is cynical and illegal.

Absolutely disgusting customer service the staff member we was going to be served by was so rude and disrespectful made a horrible comment about my family I suggest they need training on how to treat there customers won’t be coming back to shop there at all.

All round good experience but staff in cafe bad mouthing other staff. We doubt need to hear this!

Tired and in need of some attention to detail. Prices missing from shelves and generally very untidy.

I would choose different brunch of Dunelm as everytime due to poor stock can't find what I am after. It's worth to drive further to Coventry or Rugby shops.

Products to suit all budgets. Some lovely bargains. We also visited the cafe nice choice of snacks and drinks, even a good choice of different milks. Very competitive prices and the member of staff that served us with our food and drinks was excellent, very friendly and helpful, an absolute asset to the company. In fact all the staff were lovely. This is our first visit to this branch but it definitely will not be our last

This is a great place to buy products for the home and unusual gifts and light.

Would had been five 🌟 if staff where quicker serving and not chatting.

Issue with discount when requesting payment, our query ( which was polite) was met with an uncomfortable reply which was delivered by a staff member who looked stressed. Some other customers could have been really rude when being talked to like that. Eventually the correct payment was requested. Right or wrong , Customers pay the bills 🤔 and have choices.

It’s large enough Dunelm only went in there for one thing which they didn’t have and when I spoke to staff to ask them, the response was atrocious, I’ve never come across such miserable people.

Super store for all curtain and bedding needs. Well laid out, extremely friendly staff, and ample parking in front of the store. We spent over an hour here, and found almost everything we were looking for.

Awful to get to, awful parking, shop too cluttered. On top of that numerous items with tags in, for example storage baskets £5 and shelf price £6.50, same for 50% of the stuff in there. No need to be increasing the prices that much especially when they were produced to sell and the price printed on them.

I don't normally leave reviews but I wanted to acknowledge the lovely lady from made to measure. I wanted to purchase matching curtains and cushions and Kelly was so helpful finding the cushions in the warehouse and helping me select the correct sized curtains. She is a credit to the store and I will shop there again. Thank you Kelly.
